I have owned three Bill Grant homes. The first was built from scratch for me, but was a standard plan that he had built before. The second was a previously owned custom built (for original owner) and was 3 years old. The third was a custom built starting with original architectural plans. I was very pleased with the first two, but the last one was my masterpiece. The third was very complex with interior and exterior features exactly as I wanted.

We did a major renovation of our 1980's home. Bill and his team did an excellent job in estimating cost, looking for alternative solutions and keeping us informed of progress all along the way. We would not hesitate in using Bill and his team again.

When we decided to move to the Atlanta area in 2006 and began searching for a place to live, it became clear that we wanted to live in a ranch style home in Dunwoody. With a little research, we found our ideal to be a small community called Stephens Walk. However, there were no homes for sale. We found a realtor who told us Stephens Walk was built by Bill Grant, who builds fine homes but that the homes in Stephens Walk rarely come on the market. We bought elsewhere but kept watch on Stephens Walk. Years later, when a house came on the market, we jumped on it. This is our 15th home so we are not novices at getting homes setup the way we like them. We had it inspected but only found minor things done by one of the prior owners that were easily corrected. There were a lot of changes-( 3 bathroom makeovers, an office, pantry, and mudroom) and an addition (laundry and porch) we wanted to make so I felt the obvious contractor of choice would be the original builder – Bill Grant. We worked with Bill and his construction team of Bo and many sub-contractors. The job went smoothly and turned out great. When we moved in, the kitchen had recently been remodeled so we did not alter it. However, after 2 years, we decided to make it to our taste. Of course, I contacted Bill Grant and now have a fantastic kitchen that really works. I cannot think of any more construction projects but if I do, I am sure to call Bill Grant.

We recently completed a major renovation of a 1969 ranch house that we purchased in January of 2015. Every light fixture and plumbing fixture in the house was replaced along with the front door and the front porch. Large French doors replaced the windows in the back of the house which now opens up to a pool, outdoor kitchen and pavilion that was constructed in the backyard. 48 truckloads of dirt where brought in to level the backyard around the new pool. Extensive landscaping and outdoor lighting was installed throughout the entire 1.2 acre lot. Bill Grant and his team met and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the consistent communication over the 15 month project as well as a completion date that was on point.

We had known about Bill Grant Homes in our area for many years. When we sold our home, we wanted to stay in the area and quickly looked to find where Bill Grant was building. We met with him and his team, and were able to build another home that was just what we wanted. Great experience

We have built 2 homes with Bill Grant. Bill says that the hardest thing about building a new home should be when it's finished and everyone is happy and pleased with the outcome. That's certainly been our experience both times. Bill and his team are the consummate professionals, always has the customer's satisfaction as their primary objective, employees really great contractors and their attention to detail is just the best!!!

Bill and Peggy Grant epitomize the the high standards of professionalism that they, themselves, demand of everyone who works for them. They built my family home 30 years ago and recently completed a complete townhouse renovation for me. They are hands- on involved in every step of the work and totally accessible at all times. A weekly summary of the work completed and schedule for the next week is e-mailed every Friday. The entire experience was pleasant and stress free for me. It is not often that you hear that about a renovation project. I would give Bill Grant Homes 6 stars if I could.
