We had a great experience with Big Boy Roofing. Johnny came highly recommended by a trusted friend who we are in a community group with at church. Johnny has excellent customer service and sat down with us for a thorough explanation of his findings and process. They replaced our roof and it looks great. I was amazed at his crew as they were super meticulous and clean. They covered our flowerbeds, patio, and kept all materials away from our trampoline. They cleaned as they went and did a thorough check upon completion for nails and debris. They used high quality materials. We were impressed and will use him again for our another house. I was doing three other things at my house at the same moment I was having my roof done, and I can say that the only company that didn't give me any issues at all was Big Boy. I was very impressed with the work and professionalism of your team. Mike was our salesman, and he was very thorough in helping us with the new roof. We had a lot of questions, and he took the time to explain everything to us. Mike even met with our insurance companies adjuster and established a great rapport from the beginning. All the work was done quickly and professionally, and Project Manager Adam was friendly and helped us resolve an outstanding issue we had with an area of our roof. My experience working with Big Boy Roofing was very professional and enjoyable. The quote process was transparent and quick. Adam was open and honest about my options. The installation process was seamless. There was an inspector on-site and available throughout the process to ensure I had all my questions answered and the job was being done correctly. The only negative was there were some trash and nails left on my patio cover which eventually made it's way into my yard that I had to clean up; very minor.

Big Boy Roofing is the best of the best. From the sales representative, David, to the 6-7 workers that showed up at 7:30 a.m. to began replacing my roof. They worked non-stop until 9 p.m. to finish my roof with only a short break for lunch. Their clean up was immaculate. One of their roofing inspectors showed up mid-day to just check to see how everything was going. He found no problems and came back the next day to do a full inspection. My yard, patio, porch and sidewalk the highest rating from me, and I would recommend their services. Super nice and friendly employees. Thanks to Big Boy Roofing.

Our flat roof was damaged during the last big rain storm. The main drain clogged, a large branch punctured the membrane and we had lots of water damage. After having 4 companies come out and give insane quotes, none of which would repair the drain line I asked, I called Big Boy Roofing. From the moment I met Mike, I knew this was the company I wanted to work with. Mike listened attentively, did a thorough inspection of my roof and broke everything down in a clear and professional manner. The build team had an opening and was able to start earlier than expected. They were very fast and efficient, and the quality of the repair was literally perfect. Thanks a lot.

He worked tirelessly under difficult conditions to complete what was a difficult roof on an extension I am undertaking.
