I really enjoyed the graphics of this website, the plans that allow you to see a “real life” set up. Customer service was on point when I did make my purchase! It was a super quick turnaround to get my plans from the time I ordered them to receiving them completed!

Recently purchased our house plans (currently in the works). Our modification specialist was very helpful and VERY responsive during the preliminary stage, as we are making a few 'tweaks'. He was also great when I had additional questions along the way. Would very much recommend their services.

America's best House Plans is an awesome site for house plans. They have a large selection and very reasonably prices. We bought a plan from them and also request a modification to the plan from them. Shawn Beatty was the Cad designer that we worked with on the modification. He was very professional and great to work with. He setup a call with us to go over the modifications that we were asking for to ensure that we all agreed on the request. He completed our modifications quicker than expected. I highly recommend America's Best House Plans !!!

Customer service is A-1. The plans do have some weird measurements but they are willing to answer any questions at a speedy rate.

I cannot possibly express how happy I am with this company. And for so many reasons. They have amazing layouts to choose from. I can easily spend hours just looking at all the beautiful homes. Easy to search, filter, save, add comments….And, they had my PERFECT home! They have great prices. And if the layout you choose needs some adjustments, the designer is available to make any modifications you may need! They are very, VERY responsive and easy to work with. I had sent many emails back and forth to talk design and other things, and they were faster at communicating than I was! And their customer service is phenomenal. I don’t write reviews hardly ever, but this company deserves all the stars. You will not be disappointed with the thoughtful care you and your beautiful new home will get with Americas Best House Plans.
