We paid over $200,000 for this 1,200SF home, so the expectation would be for a home of higher quality. The reality was quite different. We have been in the home 7 months and the floors are already sagging, the carpet is wearing out, the roof and trim had to be retacked, the stove keeps kicking the breaker, the refrigerator had to be replaced, the water heater is still waiting to be replaced, the air handler had to be replaced, the fans do not work, the interior finish is bare bones. Overall, this builder should stick with something like Legos - the execution was wrought with delays, and the end result has been an absolute study in how not to build a home, buy a home, or have a home warranty serviced. You would do well to avoid this builder at your own peril.
