Several years ago, we had Beckony Kitchens and Baths add cabinets and countertops to a sewing room. They did an outstanding job, so it was only natural that we called them for our major kitchen remodel. We could not be more pleased. The quality of the products and installation is amazing! Any issues encountered along the way were handled completely and professionally. Nancy worked with us to optimize our space and create a gorgeous useful kitchen. The additional workspace that we have now has allowed us to enjoy cooking together again!

Beckony was excellent. We love our new kitchen. We had heard stories about other people’s remodels and what a nightmare they were. Things always took forever, cost more than estimated, and had the house torn up for months, shoddy work, etc. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE WITH BECKONY! They delivered a beautiful product, on time, and on budget. Great, trustworthy people. We couldn’t be happier!!

Our kitchen remodel is the most significant investment we’ll make in the livability and value of our home, and we are delighted with our choice of Beckony Kitchen and Baths. They were professional with comprehensive management and support from inception through design and all aspects of construction, while effectively addressing the various challenges that come with renovating an older home. The experience and results are even better than we had imagined. Nancy was a delight to work with; patient and accommodating as she got to know our needs and tastes, with access to materials, craftsmen and recommendations that suited our lifestyle. The cabinetry we selected is beautiful and of excellent quality, as was Michael’s work as our lead carpenter with his eye for detail and skills to follow through. Chris was great and, as Project Manager, kept us informed and was on site to support, review and discuss progress. Communications through team-texts were timely, allowed us to reach out with questions or thoughts and we always received a quick response, which also updated the team – this was both effective and valued. We feel the end result is spectacular and couldn’t be happier with our choices, which started by choosing the Beckony team.

Recently, Beckony Kitchen & Baths remodeled our kitchen and master bath. We were a bit nervous about having two rooms in our home totally gutted. However, what could have been a terrible time turned out to be a wonderful experience. The Beckony staff is wonderful, as are their subcontractors. We are thrilled with how the room turned out and would highly recommend this company.

We tackled several remodel projects at once and hired Beckony Kitchens & Baths for help with the kitchen design and custom cabinetry. Although we had a good start on design ideas, Beckony's designer, Nancy, added her professional touch and we gained some valuable storage space. We visited their showroom in Colorado Springs and from their large variety of sample cabinetry were immediately drawn to the color and style that is perfect in our new kitchen. Their installers did a great job of making it all come together. There were lots of moving parts and in spite of a couple lags in communication, we are very happy with the end result. We would recommend Beckony Kitchens & Baths for their expertise in high-end design.

While this project I was pleased with, I contacted Beckony for an estimate to remodel the master bathroom. It was measured around May 25th. I sent an email requesting a date when I could expect an estimate on June 4th and then on June 6th. The response was a 2-3 week process. I sent another email on June 19th which at this point was close to a month and got the same response. I would recommend that you pin them down for an exact response. Considering I was looking at multiple remodeling projects I found this extremely poor response considering I was a former cllient.

We were very grateful to have worked with Julie Wilson on her cabinetry and countertop for her office. She is a lovely client and we enjoyed working with her immensely.
Our process, one that we do for every client, was to measure and take pictures, come up with one to two designs of the space, and then invite the client to the showroom to view the designs and begin the process of selecting product. After finalizing the design, and selecting some of the product for the client to take home and review at different hours of the day, we schedule a time for the subs to visit the jobsite to ascertain bids from them on the installation of the proposed plan. This gives them an opportunity to see the existing conditions as well as what is proposed. This is what we did for her office and it worked very well.
We were thrilled when Julie asked us to, look at her Master Bath. We went to her home and measured and took pictures, as in our normal process.We were working on design ideas when she wrote us, upset, that we did not have an estimate for her. Our estimates are not guesswork; they are based on specific designs and specific product choices. We don’t and won’t throw out a “guesstimate” number as it would be based on fictitious choices, not on ones that Julie had made. Her design plans had not even been completed when she asked for an estimate.
We explained that it would take longer to work through the process than the one that she had just finished with us in her office. A Master Bath has much more design, product and labor specifics than a wall of cabinetry in an office. We are sorry that we could not meet her 2 week lead time. Our desire is to give our clients the very best and it is a thoughtful process and not something we can just “throw out”. We are disappointed that the same thoughtful process we had used for her office wasn’t remembered.

This is our 3rd renovation project with the good people at Beckony Kitchens and Baths, and by far the biggest project to date. It was a complete demo and renovation of our kitchen, family room and laundry area. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result. Throughout the process the team was responsive to our questions and requests, thorough in their responses to our questions and very good about keeping us informed on the timelines and next steps. The quality of the craftsmanship of their subs is outstanding and when we had some challenges with the vendor of our new appliances, the team was all over them until the issues were addressed and rectified. We love working with Nancy, Jon and Richard and will use them again in the future.

Their sub-contractors have worked with Beckony and each other so much that it was an unbelievably smooth process and their quality was was top-notch. Beckony gutted the master bath and updated 2 other bathrooms. They did a great job. They came in on budget, with no surprises, and on time. Nothing was left unfinished. They are v experienced with older homes and plan for potential issues. Nancy Moon is a terrific designer. She has great taste. The master bath is gorgeous, and Nancy did an incredible job on the 2 otheir bathrooms, blending new vanities, etc. with existing floor and tub/shower. Those bathrooms look like they were designed that way and don’t look like I plopped a new vanity in an old bathroom. I would use Beckony again in a second.
