I purchased two pendant lights from Becki.
After waiting for an extended period of time, I reached out on her Instagram, blog, and email to inquire. I finally got an email response that they would check on it and get back to me. More waiting. I called and was told that some of their orders didn’t go through and mine must be in that group. They reccommended that they give me my money back and that I place an order through lighting by design.
Now I am struggling because I don’t have other options picked out and it’s a real set back.
I may have made other choices if I had known.
And her no response on her Instagram messages and blog made me feel like she is not very personal or interested. If a designer cared about her customers, she could recommend other options for the look/design because she cares. She could care enough to respond.
