Bear Sunrooms

Bear sunroom told us they could keep an opening we had between the house and the sunroom replacing a 4 seasons room. They told us it would have no condesation. What they gave us was a nightmare. They designed and built a room that didn't meet code has condensation issues and will now have to be closed to the rest of the house. None of which we wanted. We won in arbitration but only a third of the cost because the contract the wrote was not specific and was poorly written. The permit application was even poorer as it did not show the open space to the house. Had they done that the nightmare would have been avoided. Because it was open they should have done a heat Calc. Nope didn't do that either. I've learned many lessons, learn from me land look elsewhere. Project is still not complete and we are looking for another contractor to correct their issue
