For years we had put off the major project of replacing our aging decks. When we finally decided to move forward, we vetted a number of companies and sought their best ideas for execution. Ultimately, we selected Bassett – and couldn’t be more pleased with our decision. Steve was extremely helpful in designing a functional space that would suit our living needs precisely, and at a very reasonable price. When the construction began, Diego and his peers were extremely professional, timely and patient with us through a few minor change orders. The quality of their work was astounding and attention to detail even more so. Diego was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to assure that we were pleased with the finished product. Let me tell you about our wonderful experience with BCS. We decided to cover our existing deck and couldn't find anyone that wanted to do the job. Bassett came thru and we have a covered deck that is beyond our expectations. What we liked was their service, communication and workmanship. The project deadline and budget was met with no problems. The result is a deck that looks like it was built with the house. They are top notch in the industry. By far, they were the best choice for us and we will definitely use them for future projects.

I used Bassett to remodel my kitchen which was in desperate need of updating. Tim, the owner, was great ( and easy) to work with. He listened to what I wanted and helped with making sure I got what I wanted. Tim and Casey, the project lead, made sure to listen to any concerns and make sure I was happy with the final product. I have gotten many compliments on my new kitchen. I would highly recommend Bassett! I also used Bassett several years ago to update my bathrooms and they look great as well.

Tim and his team did a great job getting us back into our house after a chimney fire. The first contractor bailed on us, making up some weak excuse about the insurance company acting sketchy. Bassett Construction came in and picked up the pieces without missing a beat and handled everything with the insurance company. Aside from fixing the main damage, they restored everything to its exact (or better) condition, and they came back multiple times at the end to make sure every last item on our punch list was taken care of. We will definitely be using them again for any other renovation services! Thanks guys!!

Completely remodeled our kitchen/living and dining room. Tim and Bassett Construction did a stellar job. Everything went according to schedule with everything mapped out well in advance. The various workers showed up on time and cleaned up before they left. Everything was very professional I looked at 4 different companies before choosing Bassett and so thankful that we did. We added some change orders that were handled quickly and affordably. Picking out granite is more fun than you think. It was a very big job making major changes to the main floor. Was it dusty? Sure. Was it an inconvenience? Yes it was but it was so worth it. Every time I come into the house it’s like I am living in a vacation house. Not only would I recommend Bassett I have recommended Bassett to co-workers and I look forward to bringing them back to work on a couple of bathrooms.

I had done a lot of research and interviewed two other contractors before I found Bassett Construction. As soon as I contacted them I heard back from Diego immediately. This was the beginning of a remarkable customer service experience. Diego called me almost every day until our beautiful screened-in porch was completed. Diego’s carpenters were unbelievable in their work ethic. Working in very cold weather they arrived early each morning and did not stop work until dark (except for a short lunch break). They were very careful to make sure they were doing everything exactly as we wanted it. The painters and electricians knew what they were doing and were incredibly professional in all their work. Diego guided me through the project answering all my questions and making sure I understood what they were doing. Even with some unexpected challenges and the first rain in 42 days Bassett completed our porch in a timely manner. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I used Bassett Construction for the remodel of my bathroom. They did a great job! We are so happy with all how it turned out. Bassett construction was a great company to work with because they can help with any part of the project. They could design your whole project for you, or you could work with them in sync (which is what we did), or if you have a vision they would have no problem bringing it all together. The whole team was so easy to work with and they kept us updated on everything that went on. They were so detailed and did a great job managing the project and working with us. We really feel like they all went above and beyond with everything. I would highly recommend them to any of my family or friends who are looking to do anything on there house. I know that when we have another project that Bassett Construction is the first place I am going to go.

After soliciting bids from several well-known companies, I hired Bassett to build my porch. They were highly recommended from trusted sources and the value for the money was unmatched. Diego managed the entire build efficiently and professionally from start to finish. The entire crew was excellent as well - knowledgeable, courteous, and trustworthy. The quality of the work is superior, with a great attention to detail. I was especially impressed with the way they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It was clear throughout the entire build that hiring Bassett was the right decision and I'm extremely impressed with their work. I'll skip bids for future work and call Bassett!

BCS did an amazing job with our back yard, screened in porch, additional deck, fence and new front stairs. The workers were polite, hard working and kept the construction area clean and safe. Diego is great to work with and we had excellent communication throughout the entire project. Excellent quality of work for a fair price, look no further!

Tim Basset worked on a covered screen porch for my mother. His work was very good, and his attention to details is excellent, any changes/items we needed resolved/worked out, he worked with us and he is always professional and pleasant to work with. He and his team are very respectful and professional and very dedicated/hard workers. His prices are very reasonable and he is proud of the work that he does.

Bassett Construction installed a cast iron bath tub for me. The tub was quite large and heavy. The installation involved getting the tub in place, framing the tub, installing the drain, and rerouting the water supply. Bassett Construction did an excellent job that fully met all of my requirements and expectations. The price for the work was very competitive. The work was performed promptly as scheduled and the owner followed up to ensure that the work was done properly.
