Our new floors are just gorgeous! We chose Manganese Saltillo Tile as we wanted the tile to be browner versus the orange/red color. Guillermo came out to our house with samples and explained each of the tiles (size, shapes, colors, etc.) as well as the timeline of installation. BC, Jr, and Guillermo were great at communicating with us every step of the way. The estimate also included descriptions of each step, so we knew what to expect. Pyramid completed the floors on time, and we cannot wait to show them off. I am so glad we chose this company to install our new floors and would not hesitate to choose them again in the future!

Pyramid tiled the risers on our back and front porches in the last few months. We bought the tile from them and they did the installation. They did a terrific job and were excellent to work with. I would highly recommend them to you if you are wanting to do tile work of any kind at your home. Very professional and personable. They came recommended to us by our landscape architect. They are family owned and are in the Heights area, so we wanted to support them since they are a local business.

Pyramid Imports Tile and Flooring handled the demo and installation of our tile backsplash and fabrication of our granite for our kitchen. The entire crew that handled our job were incredibly professional, advising us on all of our options and making recommendations as we progressed through installation. The crew was very attentive to detail when tiling with very ornate decorative tile- making sure that the edges were cut perfectly and everything was done right. They worked with us to ensure that we had the PERFECT cuts of granite and did a beautiful job with a laminate finish on the edges of the granite. They were extremely careful not to damage our farmhouse sink and our kitchen as they worked and completed installation. The crew made sure to clean up any dust or tile shavings AS they worked, so the house stayed clean as they worked. They were very respectful and professional when in our home and worked quickly and efficiently- maximizing the time they were on the site working. I plan to use them again in the future and would HIGHLY recommend them!

We had Saltillo tile installed throughout our home. This was such a pleasant experience. There were no surprises. Everything was spelled out in the contract. Payments and work was completed exactly as scheduled. B.C Senior, B.C. Junior, Guillermo, and mom were extremely professional, particular, meticulous, and neat. They were punctual and showed up daily for a full day of work. Such a joy to work with. The floors are beautiful. Pyramid Imports and Tile are true artisans. I love, love, love my floors. Great job!

I hired Pyramid Imports to install tiling around the decking on my pool and they did a fantastic job! We ran into a few complications along the way and they were able to work their way around every obstacle easily and the whole project came out looking great. I can't recommend them enough!

Pyramid Imports Tile & Flooring did a great job of replacing some damaged saltillo tiles and refinishing our floors. BC Jr was very helpful in coming up with a solution for our project. It is very hard to find someone who will repair and replace tiles, so I really am very appreciative of their help. It is family owned and his workers all did a wonderful job. We would definitely recommend them to others.

Pyramid Imports did an amazing job on our Saltillo tile floors! They stripped and sealed our entry, living, dining, kitchen and laundry rooms. They did the entire first floor of our new house and I could not be happier with the results. It's definitely a family business because mom, dad, and 2 sons were here every day doing installation themselves. They had great design ideas for transitions between rooms, which was great, because by the time you get the the flooring phase of a new home build your brain is mush. They were all very sweet, showed up on time, and were very respectful of the work of other contractors going on around them. Our builder was very difficult to deal with but Pyramid made the best of it. I highly recommend.
