Bay Remodels did an excellent job on our new ADU project. We wanted to build two-story additional house in our backyard. Plan includes a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms, deck and bath on second floor. It was quite complex but the results were outstanding. The job was completed in a timely fashion with very high quality. The crew was on time everyday. They were neat and clean in the work area. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bay Remodels for your construction project.

We needed to strengthen the foundation of the house, remodeling the existing rooms, build a two-story addition with a deck and update the facade. We hired Bay Remodels to build a freestanding ADU with garage for two cars, as well as install a new deck to the existing house in the backyard. Arsen is excellent to work with from beginning to end. He listens to everything that you want, tells you honestly what he thinks will be best based on his experience, gives a fair price, sees that the work is done correctly and if it needs help fixes it himself or gets the expert. Bay Remodels did a phenomenal job remodeling my house. Arsen is extremely easy to work with. He provides very understandable, itemized estimates and is very responsive to texts and emails. His teams of sub-contractors are all highly skilled and do beautiful work. We have had Arsen construct a free standing two-car garage as well as remodeling kitchen and bathroom in our home. We will definitely use Bay Remodels again for our remodeling projects and would recommend them to others who are interested in a quality job that is done correctly the first time.

Bay Remodels was great to work with on our project - remodeling a 1950's house. From the very first meeting to the end of the project punch list items Arsen was very attentive to our needs and details of our project. Arsen's employees were professional and provided high quality, friendly work. Our project included a complete kitchen and master bathroom gut/rebuild, plus the construction of a new additional bedroom/bathroom, hard wood floor installation, outdoor siding repair, plumbing and electrical work. Arsen was able to complete the project within the budget estimates provided including some mid-project add-ons. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend Bay Remodels for home renovation projects of any size.

I contacted my friend as we were looking for a referral to build an ADU, build a new deck and extend our retaining wall and he advised me Bay Remodels. I reached out to Arsen and he promptly replied, then scheduled a time to come by our home to discuss our backyard ideas. We were ready to build the deck, extend the wall and build new two-story ADU. I couldn't be more pleased with the result of this project. Although there were some delays with materials, which are very common right now, Arsen always kept us updated. I appreciated that his crew was respectful of our property and put down barriers when needed. The pricing was more than fair and the result was amazing. We are getting so many compliments as we unveiled our addition to family and friends. We have and will continue to refer Bay Remodels, and use them for future construction projects.
