Bay Plumbing Supply began back in 1987. The original owners were Santa Cruz locals and saw a need for a decorative showroom as well as a service oriented wholesale counter for the professional plumber. This unique layout has proven to be exceptionally advantageous for the coordination of construction projects, bringing both the homeowner and their contractor together under one roof. Bay Plumbing Supply's vast knowledge of plumbing on both sides of the wall makes for a much smoother project for the professional and the homeowner alike. Bay Plumbing Supply was acquired in 2000 by the current owner, another local, who was raised here in Santa Cruz. Both the wholesale and the showroom have grown since, offering a much wider array of choices in the showroom and the capacity to take on large commercial projects as well. We are a "Certified Green" business focusing on both water conservation as well as energy conservation. With so many new products on the market to help conserve water and energy, we make it our goal to stay educated on all of the latest product offerings. Bay Plumbing Supply is dedicated to being a "one-stop" plumbing shop, with a very wide ranging inventory. Our motto, "We've got it all, on both sides of the wall".

There are so many reasons to work with Bay Plumbing, starting with the knowledgeable and pleasant staff. In my Interior Design business, I work on a lot of bathroom and kitchen remodels and the scope of product information the staff of Bay has is so helpful. Sometimes I know generally what I am looking for but not completely and staff has perfect suggestions, steering me toward exactly what I need for my clients. They have a great selection of brands and lines to choose from. This includes not only sink and shower hardware but also the sinks and tubs themselves, and accessories like bath bars, door hardware, and drains as well. And another important reason for me: Bay has my back--anytime there is an issue, a missing part, anything at all, they are IMMEDIATELY helpful, knowing how important it is for a job to stay on schedule. They will do what needs to be done to keep things moving which makes me and my clients very happy! Thanks for being part of the community, Bay Plumbing!

The folks at Bay are the best! I worked with them extensively throughout the arduous process of selecting plumbing fixtures for my new home (new construction). Molly and Amanda went above and beyond to assist me and they did so with great patience, enthusiasm, and good humor. Both offered superb product knowledge and a boundless energy to please. Bay's GM is fabulous as well! I recommend Bay very highly!

It is a pleasure working with Bay Plumbing and their staff. They provide wonderful customer service and offer an impressive showroom with a great selection of products for all price ranges. We have had the pleasure of working mainly with Molly this year and she has been wonderful. She offers great advice on products, strives to find the best products for our needs, and overall makes the whole ordering process smooth and simple. That said, everyone we have worked with this year has been very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend Bay Plumbing.

As a professional designer I often times encounter jobs that are challenging and difficult. I always try to provide my clients with the best and most up to date show rooms where we can meet and have a qualified sales associate assist us in picking out plumbing and other accessories needed for the job. We used Bay Plumbing for a bathroom remodel. A very good experience working with them. Excellent customer service. Excellent selection. Friendly staff. When some of the shower components stopped working they were glad to provide replacement parts at no cost, even though we were technically out of warranty. I would use them again
