We recently worked with the Bathstore on supplying for 3 bathrooms I was designing for a client in Newbury. The sales guys in the Newbury branch are amazing and super helpful and went above and beyond to provide us with what we needed and on time. Delivery was prompt & professional, we even had a return that went smoothly as well. Can only recommend them!

Worst experience possible. Do not understand any circumstances get the Bathstore to install your new bathroom. They didn't turn up when they said they would, they'd work only part of a day on our bathroom, and it gets worse... We live in a flat and not only did they take forever to do it, five months after it was completed they installed a pipe incorrectly and it broke and leaked on the neighbors below us and even the ones below them. They did fix it as part of their warranty, but they had to rip about half of it out. Two years later, it looks nice, but I wish we'd gotten someone else to install it.

We specified the Benchmark slider 1200 glazed shower screen from bathstore.com for the compact shower room at our Miner's Cottages. The screen is good quality with a clean modern design that works with the contemporary space. In addition it is easy to clean and 18 months after it has been installed it still looks brand new.
