Highly recommend James and Bath Kitchen Company with no reservations. Form the outset it was a pleasant and positive experience. James accommodated our ideas and wishes, while keeping everything rational and functional - all his recommendations/guidance was spot on and led to us getting the kitchen we wanted, that suits our needs and the space and style of the house. The focus is on quality - of design through to installation and post installation - James is fully hands-on. We felt no pressure to choose the most expensive fittings and appliances, James respected our budgets and guided us to the right appliances, cupboard layout and what the options were for draws/shelves etc. Really good guidance on what the worktop surface options are and level of maintenance of care needed (we opted for marble). The quality is exceptional, its now heart of the home and there is not one single flaw in its functionality (after a couple of months of use). Importantly, while obviously not cheap, the investment is worth every penny and you can see James is deeply committed to ensuring the client gets not only what they want, but what reflects their needs/lifestyle.

We asked James from the Bath Kitchen Company to help us design and install a new bespoke kitchen that would compliment our Georgian property. From the outset James gave practical advice and made helpful design ideas that made the process painless and set the direction for the project. We were working with a restricted budget and the new kitchen was a part of a major refurbishment on the ground floor of the house. James helped to steer us towards design and build choices that were cost effective whilst helping us solve problems that radically redesigned the room to become a great family space The outcome was a kitchen that we are very pleased with, is well designed and made, practical yet stylish and sits well in the redesigned and refurbished space. James kitchen fitter, Ben, was also a pleasure to have in the house and did an excellent job with the installation by fitting the kitchen into the available space perfectly. To say we are pleased with the kitchen is an understatement as the finished kitchen more than exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend James and Bath Kitchen company.
