From the beginning, they were very transparent about their cost as compared to others but also about their comparative experience and the quality of their service. Without giving exact numbers, they were just about in the middle. The project was finished quicker than originally stated without a loss in quality or attention to detail. Eric, my Project Manager, took great care in understanding my wants/needs and laying out a comprehensive plan. He kept me informed of what to expect and what I needed to do throughout the process. There were no surprises in timelines or costs. Any additional expenses were driven by my added requests. Also, Eric was always responsive and helpful in coming up with ways to meet my requests. Renovations are, by their very nature, intrusive. But the teams that came into my house were respectful of my property and my family. One team worked later than scheduled to try to finish up before schedule, but they politely quit work upon my request. I am extremely pleased with the final product and would highly recommend Basement Remodeling to anyone.

Really liked the painter Eli, he worked long hours to make sure the walls were perfect. We would recommend.

I recently had my basement finished by basement remodeling. I will start by saying, we all know how stressful big home projects can be; however, basement remodeling performed their responsibilities exceptionally well from inception to completion, which helped to minimize unnecessary stress. They are like a well-oiled machine. Those who entered my home were respectful and talented, worked hard and moved on. Eric (my project manager) was very attentive and responsive, as was Tom and all those who were managed by them. Also, while I am hoping that I do not have to call him for this reason, Eric assured me that they stand by their work and if anything malfunctions or if I see a problem to call him immediately during the 1-year warranty. I truly appreciated this level of professionalism, knowhow, and responsiveness and would recommend them to anyone looking to finish their basement! Thank you!!!!!!

Basement Remodeling did great work on our small basement remodel. There were a few communications issues in the beginning, but once our project was assigned to Gheorghe, those were resolved. Gheorghe in particular was very attentive and made sure all of our concerns were addressed (including a weekend emergency involving a malfunctioning sump pump).

After reviewing several contractors, I selected Basement Remodeling because I loved the detailed original estimate with all the cost broken down. I must admit it was one of the best decisions I made. From the beginning to the end of the project I was updated on the schedule and cost. Of course I made changes and they were very accommodating. All of the teams were very professional, skilled, and always left my house clean. If I had issues or concerns they were addressed immediately. Even with the changing of project managers, my project kept moving without interruption to the schedule. It is obvious Basement Remodeling has worked hard to create an impeccable process. I am very happy with the way everything turned out.

We had a great experience with Basement Remodeling. The work was completed about four months ago, but I waited to share a review until after we had lived in the space for a little while. Our remodeling project involved finishing half our basement to put in place a bedroom, full bathroom, and a rec room–and we are very pleased with the results. The folks at Basement Remodeling did a great job (no issues at all!), and they were very easy to work with. The scheduling was clear, and they were communicative throughout. Our main objective in moving forward with this project was to create a space that would allow us to better host guests, and we feel that we now have it. I would definitely recommend Basement Remodeling to others.

My wife and I were very happy with Basement Remodeling. Their vast network of subs made the job much smoother, and our PM Daniel was always helpful. We had only a few issues, but that is inevitable on a construction project of this size. We know the project would have been longer with other companies and the customer service would not have been as good as it was with ACH/BR! It was also very nice to have the transparency of pricing. We wish that they did remodels other than basements so we could used them again!

There were no hidden costs and pricing was fair. They handled and planned for every detail.
