Excellent Job. Bailey Roofing did an excellent job when reroofing our garage. David and his team were very organized in their work. From quoting to final inspection, they were professional and diligent to make sure my family was satisfied with the job. Quote was competitive and offered shingles, insulation, gutters, and rotted wood replacement. Their shingles choice suggestion was of the best quality for my garage roof and ultimately the shingle reputation was the deciding factor. I am very pleased with Bailey Roofing professionalism, workmanship, and dedication to customer satisfaction. I plan on using them again when my house needs re-roofing. I like the quality of the shingles they use and the overall price. I did not find any nails or roofing debris after they were done. I can confidently recommend Bailey Roofing to anyone. Thank you.

We used Bailey Roofing to replace our roof and the experience was excellent. We have a very complex roof with a large flat portion and multiple pitched segments of asphalt shingle. Jack and his crew were on time with the initial quote, offered a competitive terms for the job, and was very patient with me as we worked through the options and details. They were out within a week of signing the contract. The project was completed within the planned time frame and they were great about making sure we were able to get in and out of the house and access the driveway with no issues. Jack was awesome to work with and extremely responsive throughout the entire project. I am happy with the job, would recommend Bailey Roofing to anyone needing a new roof, and look forward to using them for other projects in the future.

Can't say enough about Bailey Roofing CA. and Ron and the crew. We had initially reached out to about a dozen local roofing companies. Bailey Roofing CA went out of their way to get our job done quickly and professionally. They always returned calls quickly and got the job done on time. Ron and the team offered excellent customer service, great quality of work and reliable follow through. They also include a post-inspection to ensure the job was done right. They even sent a hand-written thank-you note and included gift cards to our fav coffee place. Great customer service from start to end that we really appreciate! The Bailey Roofing crew were true to their word. They busted their tails to get our job done quickly. It is nice to see good old fashioned honesty and integrity in a local company!

If you have roofing or gutter needs, Bailey Roofing is the company to call! They are truly professionals and do great work! I could not write enough good things about them! Not only was scheduling the estimate easy - I sent a message through yelp and had a response immediately - Mike showed up on time to the appointment and walked me through the entire estimate process. He even took video of the roof so I could see exactly what he was talking about when he was explaining the quote to me. The quote was pretty detailed and laid out the tear off, installation, clean up, and even the warranty stuff. I couldn't believe how fast they were able to schedule me in for install. They finished the installation on time after I gave the go ahead and it only took them a day to finish my 2 gar garage with a ridiculously steep pitch. They cleaned up my yard as if they had never been there, other than the new shingles. They even worked through a bit of rain which held off until the base was installed. Mike and his crew were excellent. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

We strongly recommend you contact Dan at Bailey Roofing for your roofing needs. Our home needed the entire original shingle roof replaced, repairs to the garage roof, and the chimney removed. Dan got the job done very timely and for less than the competition. he knew just what our roof needed from the start and it turned out better than we could have imagined. The blue metal roof and fascia look absolutely fabulous and we couldn’t be happier. Dan is honest, professional, easy to work with, hard working, and his craftsmanship is flawless. I got an estimate for a number of small repairs to my roof and some vents. David arrived on time and went over what I wanted him to inspect. He reminded me I wasn't allowed to climb on their ladder, and that he'd take video of his inspection to show me back on solid ground. He narrated his video and paused to give me more details about what he found and possible solutions. He was thorough with his explanations and asked if I had any more questions. I found David to be very professional and knowledgable. He suggested roof replacement for long life and we then signed a contract. I'm glad to have gotten David's and Bailey Roofing's expertise. Great job.

I hired Bailey Roofing to replace my roof, which had grown old and was structurally weak. Although I received other lower bids, I decided to work with Bailey Roofing because my family highly recommended them from jobs on their properties over the years. I chose them because I trusted them. David was extremely responsive and professional to work with. In addition to the re-roofing, they added a sun tunnel, replaced gutters, repaired damaged wood and a pillar on my porch awning, too. The crew worked hard and completed the work on time. I literally have no complaints. The outcome was better than expected and I am happy with the results.

We had a leak in our roof that was causing some water damage. Bailey Roofing did an excellent job at repairing it and in a timely, efficient fashion. They were always prompt to respond, always calling and/or emailing back, and consistently with the utmost caring and professional demeanor. Their friendliness and dedication to costume service is quite frankly a breath of fresh air. After dealing with other contractors for other projects that have been so arrogant, unprofessional, and at times rude, working with Bailey Roofing was a very pleasant experience. We had a question about the job after its completion, and they did not hesitate to come look at it and adjust as needed. Although I hope not to have issues again, I would definitely hire Bailey Roofing again in a second. Highly recommend. Thank you guys!

Our experience with Bailey Roofing was SUPERB :) Jack was knowledgeable, professional and willing to answer our plethora of questions. The Crew, Adam and Dan, was a few day's delayed, but they worked diligently and though they attempted to cause no additional damage, they did. Excellent roofing products. Excellent service. Hard working crew. 99% of debris was cleaned up. They have an excellent reputation and they work diligently to maintain it. I appreciated that they were NOT one of the 100's knocking on doors after the hailstorm - those companies seemed very "fly-by-night" and such pests. True professional roofing company in every contact we have had with them! We recommended to our neighbors and family, who also contracted with Bailey Roofing. Keep up the exemplary work. Thanks.

The "pre-work" interactions were efficient and informative. The work on the roof went smoothly. The roofers and project manager went out of the way to protect our home, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail and effort that was provided from start to finish from all team members. He also took the time to answer every question that I had. The pricing is very competitive. We reached out to 3 different companies and Bailey Roofing gave the best quote. Installation went very smoothly and easily. We are really impressed with there roofing services.

Recently, we had our entire roof replaced using Bailey Roofing. Several years ago, we made the mistake of using an unknown “roofing company” that not only put on a terrible roof that leaked in more places than originally, but also damaged our bank account with all the repairs. We were amazed when another family member had their roof replaced using a real roofing company, Bailey Roofing, and we knew we would for certain be using them to replace ours. Bailey Roofing provided excellent service through the estimator David, that came to guide us through the process…he was patient, helpful (never pushy). offered samples of every option, and guided us through all the detailed options we wanted. Once all the decisions were made (and we took our time, believe me!) the date was set to get our new roof. The guys arrived early and worked very hard…it was a hot day and they took a break for lunch and then they were back at it. Our roof was completed in one day! Can I just share that the previous company we used that was NOT Bailey Roofing took 5 days…and left nails and trash everywhere. Bailey Roofing cleaned up everything SO well and we didn’t have to worry about stray nails and hidden trash. It was so clean…cleaner than before they came;) There were a couple small details that we changed throughout the day as the roof was being put on, and we were able to do so with the crew. It was great working with Bailey Roofing and can't recommend them enough.

Jack is a consummate professional. He fixed a leak in our loft conversion roof which was the result of poor workmanship by another roofer. He also removed a chimney stack at our request as we had an on-going leak down the outside of the chimney which again was due to poor workmanship by a former roofer. We would recommend Bailey Roofing without hesitation based on excellent service, sound knowledge base and effective skill set. In the event of any further roofing issues, we will, without any reservation call upon Jack's expertise.
