We hired Autun Contractors to gut and renovate our apartment in Carnegie Hill. This was our 5th major renovation (and my husband is in the real estate development/construction business.) Our previous projects were not particularly smooth sailing; however, this one was totally different. Our architect highly recommended Autun, as she had previously worked with them and had good experiences. To our delight, so did we! Ash Suri is reliable, responsive, diligent, talented, and a true gentleman. He and his staff are the definition of PROFESSIONAL. Everyone who worked on our apartment was fantastic; from the project manager, to the super on the job, to every sub Ash hired. The end product is absolutely beautiful and we can’t thank Ash enough for giving us our dream apartment. We have already recommended Autun Contractors to our friends. If we ever renovate another apartment, we would not hesitate for one second—we know the only contractor we would call—Ash Suri!

Autun Contractors handled the gut renovation of our 2-bedroom apartment on Park Avenue. Ash was professional, creative, accessible and on-time. Whenever there was a problem or issue to be resolved, he worked with the architect and us to find a good solution. His crew was hard-working, polite, clean and knowledgable. He stayed on budget and was able to offer suggestions on how to save money when required. Ash was able to understand the project's design and come up with ways to make it all happen. Ash has been a friend for many years and I always knew he did great work due to the level of excitement he used in describing various projects. It was not until I had my own project which was to build my own home that I recognized the real value. I needed to combine six units in an old UES brownstone and the creativity and know how helped me recognize a great finished product.
