I tried to sell a luxury property in Paris and the local agent from Sotheby's, Guido Boccara, did not at all show any correct behavior you could expect from an agent in this real estate segment. His words and actions were very impolite as well as respect-less. And on top he wanted to convince me to sell the property 30% below the market value what gives me the idea that eventually he could have received a commission from the interested buyer... The name Sotheby's does not stand for high level agents with a minimum of ethical standards and class!
