We are pleased to announce our arrival to the West Michigan market! We have recently relocated from Nashville. It's good to be back to our Michigan roots! We offer plans to fit your budget ranging from color consultations to full service interior design services. We can create styles from mid-century modern to bohemian chic. Whether you are looking for a single room design to a whole home remodel, our goal is to give you a space beyond expectation. Our clients approach us with three common objectives - clean lines, uncluttered spaces, and most of all the "WOW" factor. Explore our design portfolio to see examples of our projects ranging from home remodel designs to bedroom makeovers and bathroom designs. We also love ceiling design and custom fireplaces. Atmosphere 360 Studio is a full service interior design firm founded by principal designer and artist Melissa Frederiksen. The firm has received Best of Houzz honors in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2018.. One of Melissa's bedroom designs finished in 5th place out of 15 finalists in Architectural Digest's Reader Bedroom Showcase 2013. Available services include space planning, color consultation, remodel and redesign, and personal shopping for furniture and accessories. Melissa is a gallery shown artist and has used her rich artistic and architectural influences both from her time in Detroit and Nashville to create depth and sculptural elements with spaces. Depending on project scope, Melissa can create original works of art specifically to complete a client's design.

Redecorated living space of condo. Melissa did a fantastic job. Her eye for color, style and space created exactly what we were looking for even though it was only a concept to begin with. It went from "a nice place " to "wow it is so cool" We are thrilled with the outcome!

I cannot love Melissa enough, I only wish I had gotten her involved in our project from the beginning. I can only imagine what our house would be had she been a part of the beginning stages, thinking of things we had not. She has a wonderful eye for our modern home and used vendors outside of Nashville, finding tile I had not seen before and no one else had. She was so easy to work with and stayed right within our budget. Should I choose to build from the ground up again, I want Melissa with me from start to finish.

If you are looking for Modern, Melissa is it! She definitely knows the difference between a contemporary style and a modern style (which I think gets confused a lot in Nashville). She's not afraid to take risks to make your home unique and one of a kind. Not to mention, she was very pleasant to work with!!!! Definitely recommended!

Her talent for shaping space and for composition are extraordinary, and her bold aesthetic sense is rare and much-needed in the Nashville market. When she looks at a space she does not limit herself to the 4 walls, instead she considers every surface as an element, a moving part and it truly shows in the end product. I gave Atmosphere 369 Studio a difficult challenge: change the feel of a 1960 ranch from a small (claustrophobic) and traditional feel to an open, airy, and more contemporary space. To do this, Melissa recommended removing all of the interior walls in the main area of the house, making the kitchen a part of the main room, vaulting the ceiling, adding skylights, and use the interesting interior lines of the hipped roof to create a contemporary, open, and inviting space. Because so much of the physical supporting structure of the roof was hidden by the existing house, knowing exactly what the end result would look like wasn't possible. There was a certain amount of 'design on the fly' that had to happen. My trust in Melissa's vision and talents were well rewarded. Melissa is a very practical and efficient designer. We were able to repurpose all of the kitchen cabinets and granite to make the new great room bar. She was very open to and successful in using my existing furniture, art, lights, and other decor to finish to room. So not only did I get a great outcome, I was also able to achieve that outcome with some unexpected and appreciated economy.

Great job staging my condo when placed on the market. Great Vision for different potential buyers and many of the staged pieces where commented on during the open-houses/showings. Condo was on the market < 1 month and it was largely due to Melissa's support. Very easy to work with. Took ideas and feedback directly from Realtor based on comments during showings and immediately made changes the next day. Supplied everything from lighting to rugs to furniture to plants. Would defintely recommend!

Melissa from Atmosphere 360 decorated my townhome and did an amazing job. I didnt give her any direction at all, I simply said, "I just want something pretty!". Mellissa created a space thats modern, feminine and very classy. She was detailed with the planning and communicated very well with me throughout the process.
