Atlanta Remodeling and Construction updated our recently purchased condo in Atlanta. The entire ARC team turned our vision into our home in a very efficient and professional manner. Dieter, the owner, was very responsive to our ideas and had great suggestions for how to accomplish the changes we had in mind. Hamish, our project manager is a dream to work with! He is a great listener and double checked small details to insure that the finished work would be to our vision. He is a master at coordinating a remodel through a service elevator, and the front desk and loading dock employees of our building were very complimentary of him. Lindsay, ARC’s Office Manager, took all the emails with online links to light fixtures, faucets, and appliances and turned then into a reality with ease. All the different trades (electrical, counters, carpentry, flooring, plumbing) were excellent and the quality of their work is evident when we look around our condo. We really enjoyed the online daily log of work, including photos, as we were not living in Atlanta during the remodel. We felt very connected to what was happening each day. This was our first experience using a General Contractor for a project and we will not hesitate to call Atlanta Remodeling and Construction in the future!

ARC is the most professional contractor that I have ever worked with. As a realtor, I have put them in front of clients with confidence that they can get the job done on time and on budget. Personally, I hired them to renovate my master bath. Attention to detail was impeccable. Highly recommended!

We worked with ARC to finish our basement including a new bathroom and bedroom along with some other lighting and cosmetic upgrades. The experience with ARC and all of their team members was nothing short of amazing. They kept us informed and updated every step of the way, and they were quick to answer any and all questions as well as provide guidance and recommendations around selections. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the final product and left our space spotless upon completion. The team's attention to detail was exceptional, and they made us feel like we didn't need to micromanage any part of the process, and we were able to rely on them to run the project without any added stress on us. Remodel was basically on schedule. Dieter, Taylor and Lindsey were on it! They even noticed a few items that I'd missed on the punch list and had them corrected. Also the project management software they use was great to keep me up to speed on progress. I had to move out so having access to photos and updates was a big help.

ARC completed a kitchen remodel for us, coordinating the entire gut and rebuild. The team was personable, efficient, reliable and professional. Pricing was transparent and fair. Having a great general contractor made the entire project seamless. We love the final result and we would highly recommend ARC without qualification.
