We just had the pleasure of dealing with Aran for the last 6 months in the design of our beautiful, 4Bd, 3Bth beach house at Sapphire Beach, NSW. Aran exceeded our expectations! He was very thorough, considerate of our budget, punctual and gave us some great ideas with regards to the design of our house. This is the first time we will be building a house and we know, having dealt with Aran, we have considered everything down to the types of screws to be used! We received a 3D walk-through model of the house, and we can explore our beach house on our computer at home. We would recommend Aran to anyone looking for a great architect at a extremely reasonable price. We can't wait to start building and show Aran the stages along the way in the house that he helped us to create. Thank you again Aran, its been a real pleasure.
