Peg did a really great job helping us refresh our living room. With her keen eye for color and design we were able to select some beautiful new fabrics for re-upholstering our previously mismatched hand-me down furniture. With Peg's help in selecting a new couch and a few key accent pieces we were able to transform our space into something completely new. We are delighted with the result.

My husband and I have worked with Peg of Ash Pierce Designs on several projects in the past for our old house in Portland, using her services to select paint, upholstery fabrics and flooring materials, and have always been very pleased with her work. More recently, Peg worked with my husband and me to select colors for the house we purchased in Bend. The house was a bit of a challenge, even though we started with a blank off-white canvas. Some rooms are very large with big windows, but others are normal-size with one window each, and there are two gallery halls, one with several windows and one with very little natural light. Peg did a fabulous job - the colors she selected compliment the rooms, are perfect backdrops for the pictures that we have and work very well in all the rooms and hallways. Peg really paid attention to who we were, and what we wanted, but also 'felt' how the colors would work. We were uncertain about a color that was suggested for an accent wall, but she said it would be awesome and, once we painted the swatches on the wall, we saw that she was absolutely right! It looks terrific. The whole house looks terrific! I would absolutely recommend Peg, and I know we will be working with her again, as we are now gearing up for new furniture and the placement thereof.

After suffering water damage to our home, it became clear that instead of just basic repairs, we needed to update several aspects of our baths, kitchen and general living areas. - The needed repairs were merely the catalyst for updating the house. - Earlier, we had worked with Peggy at Ash Pierce for a color consult for our interior painting needs, which when completed, made our interior spaces much more inviting and the envy of our neighbors. When approaching our needs to make repairs and do updates, she began by first listening to our needs and then she followed through by guiding us past several decision points. In the end, helping us make good decisions at each step helped us achieve a highly successful outcome. I would add, that in addition to making good aesthetic decisions, there are plenty of practical considerations for interior design and her experience and judgment are worth her hourly rate; especially if you consider the monetary consequences of making poor decisions.
