We contacted AKT because I wanted laminate counters with a unique edge, and Rob had all sorts of great ideas. in the end, the desire for undermount sinks changed our minds to Hi-Mac solid surface. Rob and Leslie were so accommodating with us changing our minds,and the schedule changing around our new build and cabinet problems. Highly recommend them!

Asheville Kitchen Tops installed new solid surface kitchen countertops, stainless steel sink and faucet, and laminate backsplashes in our house. Rob and Leslie did an outstanding job, taking care with every detail of the work and thinking outside the box to make helpful suggestions along the way. They provided a personalized service and took pride in their work. The result is great and I would have no problem in recommending them.

Rob recreated our kitchen for us. It is just beautiful. His workmanship is excellent. And between Rob and Leslie their creative guidance is what made this happen. They helped us with selecting the perfect granite and butcher block island top. In the course of the project, when there was a "complication" with either product or installation Rob always eased our minds by saying, "no problem, we will make it work" ... and they did. We highly recommend them.

Our entire experience with Asheville Kitchen Tops exceeded our expectations! We started with a total kitchen remodel with large soapstone counters. They are absolutely beautiful, very practical, and look even better as they age. We continued to work with them on our bathroom remodeling, using solid surface tops in both of these room. The professionalism and craftsmanship are top shelf!

Our kitchen counters were created and installed by this company and we couldn't be happier. The soapstone is not only gorgeous, practical and a pleasure to use, it suits our 1930 home perfectly. Thank you, Rob, for your beautiful work and the fun you made this project! Unfortunately, 6 months later we ordered (and paid for) the liquid color enhancer for stone counters Rob used on our counter top and now more than 6 months later, we have not received it. I called Rob once about the order and he said he had not placed it yet (over two months after we gave him our $40.) and have not heard from him since. Although he did a perfect job installing our counters, I would not hire him again because he took our money and did not deliver the product.
