The Phoenix Phire Designs team worked professionally and enthusiastically with our decorator and our family to create amazing furniture "art" to enhance our Texas ranch's outdoor spaces. Our multiple custom pieces include a grand oval dining table with chairs for eight, pool chaises, a coffee and occasional tables, club chairs for conversations around the pool and for a scenic balcony setting, bar stools and even a bistro table and chairs trio. They offered a delightful variety of wonderful stones, textures, colors and patterns for the table tops and coordinated and complementary rich and hardy fabrics for all the seating choices...with experienced, creative design expertise accompanying it all! To be able to so elegantly highlight the table surfaces and chair backs with our custom ranch brand/logo made these lifetime pieces "over the top" special for us! We entertain family, friends, corporate associates and even host international visitors and charity events...and our wonderful Phoenix Phire Designs furniture/art NEVER fails to draw amazed comments and compliments galore! The product is gorgeous and the design talent is spectacular, but equally outstanding is the uncommon quality of hands on-craftsmanship and the attentive and personal customer service. Their team was friendly, but fiercely conscientious...easy to work with and eager to insure that every detail was considered. Their attention to timely and safe delivery and installation was also so appreciated. We highly recommend this beautiful, quality product if you are looking for a spectacular one-of-a-kind style and statement!

I hired Phoenix Phire Designs to build my 66" round just table with wine inlays 8 chairs and another 36" sq table with 4 chairs. I have only had them for about two months but everyone who has seen them loves them and wants to order. The process takes several weeks but they stay in touch and it is well worth the wait. Phoenix phone designs is an amazing company! In a world where it's hard to find good customer service, they went way above and beyond. Their product is better than we could have ever imagined. Even though we drug our feet picking out the details of our table they went out of their way to make sure it was done by our party date. On a 5 star scale they get a 10!

We are exstatic over the 5' outdoor table and chairs we purchased from Phoenix Phire Designs. The quality is top notch, the design process is just as wonderful. We were aware that we could have chosen whatever design we wanted, but we fell in love with the deer and elk design we saw at the show. We are always receiving the highest compliments on the beauty of the table and chairs. Communication with us throughout the building process really impressed us and we received exactly what we had ordered, and in the time frame we were told. Our outdoor table and chairs are gorgeous. The folks at Phoenix Phire were amazing to work with throughout the process. The stonework, metalwork, design, and quality are outstanding; better than we ever dreamed. We had a few glitches that happened during transport and the Paredes Family couldn't move fast enough to make sure that we had an action plan for repair. They take a great deal of pride in their work and in their company.

Our table is beautiful and I would recommend them to everyone! My only issue was how long it took to get it. We made our first payment in March, but didn't get working on the table until July when we were supposed to be getting the finished product. We were part of the entire design. The table arrived in October and was shipped very securely, which protected the finish of the chairs and table. We have received numerous compliments from our friends and family. We received an email 6 months later notifying us that we should seal the table to preserve its quality. Overall, Rick and Cynthia have been very responsive to questions, even after delivery of the table.

I used Phoenix phire designs last year for a love seat and chairs for my cabana area. I was extremely pleased with their design process, the product itself and most of all the personal service I receive through the whole process. Everyone was over the top friendly wanting to make sure I understood everything and was totally pleased. Any time I had any questions they were always quick to get the answer and get back to me. We have been living with our beautiful Phoenix Phire patio table and chairs about three years now. I have never been more impressed with craftsmanship, the quality of materials, the professionalism and integrity shown towards us in the making of our furniture. This table was particularly important to me as we chose to make it a memorial to my Dad, who took leave that same year. Cindy, Rick and Ricki, were so caring and respectful of our situation, they made us feel like we were family working together to honor my Dad in this exceptional work of art. We were so pleased with the results, we are ordering another table for a side bedroom patio, honoring my Mom.
