Working with Scott Engel of Artistic Designs has been a pleasure. I have taken multiple pieces of art to have framed. Scott treats each one individually with design and care. The framing is professional and not only is the art framed nicely, but the frame is a statement on it's own as it too is a piece of art. Scott has a keen eye for design and works to engage the client in the process to understand their style and personality in order to provide the best fit. Scott is an incredibly talented, creative, and skilled artisan and craftsperson. He framed four different pieces for me, all with their own challenges, and blew me away. One painting needed to be re-stretched because it was too loose on the frame, which he did a great job with. Another two pieces were to be framed between two pieces of glass, with very very thin delicate paper, and again did an amazing job. Finally, the fourth piece he was able to integrate some physical souvenirs into the composition with a map - he used his artistic eye and fantastic compositional judgement to really make a stunning piece. I couldn't be happier with the work he has done, and will most definitely go back to him with future pieces I need framed. Thank you Scott!!
