Shahideh was amazing to work with from picking out the right components for each bathroom & kitchen to delivering the correct goods. She is very thorough, available & always on top of her customers orders. Highly recommend going to her for all your plumbing needs! I will definitely use her again!

Shahideh is a gem. She is pleasant, helpful and responsive. Working with her to spec and source the fixtures for our bathroom reno has been a pleasure from start to finish even with the horrendous lead times for delivery of all the pieces due to Covid supply chain issues. It was a lot of work for Shahideh to keep us informed but she did so with a positive attitude

This is our second time working with Universal Supply, and Shahideh and her team did a great job. Working with Shahideh was so easy, I told her what I was looking for and she showed me some perfect solutions for our new kitchen and bathroom reno. When it was time to deliver, her team was ready with all the parts organized, even when I came in early to pick up a few pieces before the bulk of the order they were friendly and fast. Pricing is great, people are great and I would highly recommend working with Shahideh at Universal.

I worked with Universal Supply for our renovation project. Shahideh was a great help in finding and providing helpful tips and options. She was very detail oriented, patient and transparent. She helped us pick the best options for our budget and was very patient as our timeline kept shifting.

Shahideh was great to deal with, she helped us find all the plumbing fixtures we needed for our house at a great price. She also worked to make sure we had everything we needed for different installation dates working around other trades.

Over and beyond customer services received by Jennifer. I was little intimidated by the prices at the beginning; fortunately, Jennifer had done an excellent job listening to my needs. The price is not expensive compare to quality of the products. Thanks to Jennifer’s help doing all the research and giving me the options. Very confident with the recommendations. No need to go to other places.
