Artesian Pools

Unfortunately, we have not had a good experience with Artesian. Issues we had during the build - Escalating costs during the build due to improper scoping - Design instructions were not followed, leaving us to fork out thousands after to build a deck around the pool that was not required given the brief for the pool coping to be built over a retaining wall. They left a 60cm+ gap that drops down a meter. - The pool was to have an infinity edge, where the water was to meet with the top of the chamfered. Design instructions not followed, the water sits about 10cm below now and cannot be filled higher due to the location where they positioned the skimmer box. - Interior tiling and coping were not done well, and messy grout was everywhere. Totally unacceptable and poor standard of finish - The team removed bricks from my own retaining wall in order to patch up some of their mistakes. Baffled as to why you would steal from our retaining wall instead of buying your own bricks. They had to come back and redo my wall, the attempt was very poor. - Coping glue was really messy and never cleaned up - Lack of quality control - Zeb doesnt listen to his clients, talks over you and always has an excuse

We selected Zeb from Artesian pools after meeting a number of pool builders who quoted very high for the job or used high pressure and scare tactics to secure our contract. On the contrary Zeb and his team were very professional with many years of experience. They laid out all the choices for us and explained all the pros and cons for each and allowed us to make the final decisions. No pressure what so ever. The project was well managed by Zeb despite the weather (raining on and off) and was completed on schedule. Zeb and his team continue to provide support for us and are very happy to help with our questions on running pool equipment and chemicals, they offer end to end pool construction, operation, ongoing service and pool cleaning requirements.
