Travis is very professional, experienced, and friendly. He was very helpful in terms of choosing the right options based on my budget. My project was converting a warehouse to a dance studio late 2015. His team was able to deliver a brand new studio with floor, mirror, and fresh paint in just one week.

They've always been great on time frames for when certain portions would be completed and would let us know if anything ever changed. Easy to reach and get ahold of with any questions or concerns. I've had Travis and his crew come out to two of my houses now to remodel a kitchen and two bathrooms as well as install flooring throughout the house. He has been in the industry for a while now and all his work is professional. If you have any problems you can give him a call and he will get them taken care of. I am very happy with all the work he has done for my family in our homes.

We had a 1920's Spanish duplex that was remodeled to a stunning contemporary duplex with tile roof to fit better in the neighborhood. The entire foundation had to be removed as well as most of the framing due to the architectural drawings. The remodel process turned out to be quiet more extensive than anticipated but TL Construction came thru at every step - there were no hidden change orders - it was team effort with the design firm/structural and construction company with one goal in mind. To build a stunning custom home duplex that would set itself apart from all other homes in the area with the challenge by staying on budget. We couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism of TL Construction and highly recommend them for any custom home project.

TL Construction & Design was hired to consult redesigning of the current floor plan, expanding a living room, adding a new bathroom, and remodeling the entire property's interior and exterior. The owner and workers are knowledgeable of the industry. They introduced the current trend of homes look and materials, allowing me to have more options to realize my dream home. It was less than 2 months to the completion of the project, not to mention the rain was not in our side during that construction phase. However, the company managed to finish the project before scheduled. I'm extremely happy with the results and deliverable services. Highly recommended if you're seeking for a professional team that focus on customers' needs and deliver satisfactory look of your dream homes.

TL was recommended to me by a kitchen cabinet specials who did not do tile. I did a major renovation in my master bath requiring extensive tile work. He also installed a new pocket door and new lighting. His quote was fair and the work was done quickly and expertly. i would highly recommend Travis and his TL construction team if you are in need of a qualified general contractor. Richard A

TL Construction were very professional and got my home improvement projects completed on time and on budget. I have never had any problems with Travis the owner and he is willing to work with me in order to make changes as construction goes on. I highly recommend them.
