Habitation Inc installed my kitchen appliances/ IKEA countertops and cabinets. They did an excellent job and my kitchen looks amazing. They followed the schedule I was given and the price was very reasonable for the work that was performed. The end results were great and the work was very detailed. They were very clean and thorough. Holly kept me updated along the project and gave me excellent recommendations.I will be using Habitation Inc for other projects in the future.

I had Holly and Habitation Inc do a pretty comprehensive remodel of my home under an 203k type loan. When I initially selected her I thought things were going to go well but that was not the case. We started off well getting walls torn out and a beam put in but when it came down to the detail work is where they definitely fell apart. From texture getting on my door frame, my hardwood flooring taking 4 tries to get acceptable, a poor install of a french door that she swore was a manufacturer error not her guys fault, not matching the ikea drawing she had provided me for the kitchen, having to re-do the grout in the master bath 4 times in a 2 year period, missing a window during the ordering of the windows, almost running out of flooring even though we ordered atleast 10% extra, running out of tile for the master shower and having to ask to substitute some of the wall tiling for the floor, multiple doors having air gaps, grout in the shared bathroom had to be cut out and re-done in places leaving spots where you could tell work had been done at different times, she added cabinets to an order for another job and almost charged me for it, ragged cutouts in the back of my cabinets for gas water and electrical, and she hired some of the cheapest subcontractors she could find (HVAC no longer exists and I could never get confirmation that the electrician was actually licensed) I would definitely not recommend working with Holly and Habitation Inc.

We are so happy with the work that Holly and her team at Habitation Inc. did on our exterior renovation. We wanted to update and preserve our 1976 ranch-style house and we couldn't be happier with the final product. Holly was our renovation doula - calmly negotiating supply-chain issues outside of her control, navigating the unique challenges that an old home can surprise you with, and always responsive to our picky, detail-oriented notes. Her pricing is fair and the project stuck to the quote. She's the best and her team is professional, responsible, and kind. Excited to work with her again soon!

Habitation / Holly renovated our house and came highly recommended. We viewed a house she built and immediately loved her taste. We really appreciated her suggestions, which balanced on trend ideas with an eye on long range style. She worked hard to find solutions to problems, whether it was coordinating the tile, moving a wall, fixing our skylight, finding the space for our pantry, or making non-custom cabinets fit our space. She had a ton of cost- saving and space-saving ideas, and always let us know about options. There are so many special details she put into the house - fiber optic lights in the bathroom, waterfall counter in kitchen, well placed lighting, kitchen and bath cabinets that look high end, rebuilt mantle and refinished fireplace, the perfect flooring and color wall paint....the list goes on. Her team was hard working, polite, and trust- worthy. Our foreman Jose, was great - he seems to know how to do everything! We installed refrigerated air, and renovated the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, flooring, windows, opened up the dining room, expanded the kitchen, made a separate toilet in the master, and upgraded all around. Any issues that arose were resolved and the team worked relatively fast. We absolutely love *wow* our home and would recommend Habitation highly. We would definitely work with Holly/ Habitation again. Our house is so special due to Habitation.

I hired Holly and her crew to repair and paint the entire exterior of my two story home. They fixed my aging stucco, removed and replaced my weathered trim, framed out new porch posts for me and painted the home in the three colors of my choice. The crew showed up on time everyday to start work and cleaned up after themselves when they finished each day. They were respectful of the fact I had a sleeping baby in the house at different time and worked as quietly as possible, given the job they had. Holly, the owner, is very personable and professional and quoted me a fair price for the work. I will be using her and her company again in the future for other improvements I want to do to the home. I highly recommend Habitation Inc for any job you may need, big to small.

Due to a family situation, we had to rush our home to market so we could relocate out of state. Holly Arroyo and her team came to the rescue, and renovated 7 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and one enclosed porch in six weeks. They painted ceilings and walls, carpeted and laid down new flooring, and upgraded the two bathrooms. The quality of their work was exceptional, with good attention to detail, as well as providing the minimum disruption to our life style. Job well done!

Habitation Inc. remodeled my bathroom, which included new bathtub, tile, window, and stucco in April 2016 . The result was beautiful. The best part is the smaller privacy window, and the fact that the 50 year old drywall is not crumbling into the tub any longer!

Holly with Habitation Inc remodeled the bathroom in our 1932 vintage home. The original shower window was too low resulting in mold and rotting wood in the wall. Holly had the wall removed, rebuilt, added insulation, raised the window and installed new tile with a nice niche. She also uncovered the original oak flooring, replaced the damaged boards and refinished them. It was quite a transformation and Holly personally ensured that all aspects of the project were performed properly, including reinforcing the floor underneath the toilet. Holly is honest, reliable, and a straight shooter. She takes the time to answer all my questions, concerns and hair-brained ideas. She's currently working on a major addition and remodel for the same home.

I was so pleased to find someone who would install IKEA cabinets! Holly and Elizabeth walked us through each step and guided us through selecting floor, counters, and backsplash choices. The use of space has been improved ten fold. We love our new kitchen!

We had several projects done at one time to include replacing our roof, deck, installing air conditioning and new lighting. We are very happy with the outcome of the work. Holly was very responsiveness to our questions and concerns. She and her crew were very pleasant to work with. We highly recommend her and welcome working with her again.

Habitation Inc was faced with upgrading the home we had purchased that had been occupied by hoarders and had been greatly neglected. We had to replace the asbestos roof, plumbing, aluminum wiring, stucco, windows, heating and cooling, and that did not include the interior remodeling. We had Habitation Inc gut the kitchen and bump it out 5 feet, completely remodel the bathroom, take out 2 walls and refinish the hardwood floors. We were able to move in within 4 months! We did not have an endless supply of money, and Habitation Inc was able to complete all of the work we wanted, maintain quality while staying within our budget. We love our new home!

I highly recommend, Holly Arroyo and Habitation Inc. for your general contracting needs. I’ve used Habitation for apartments I managed and for my home. Holly and here workers were professional, they worked efficiently and pricing is reasonable. Her level of expertise and advice has saved me hundreds of dollars in wear and tear on my buildings. In my home, I had them replace the polybutylene pipes while I was away for a week. When I returned, my pipes were replaced and my home was almost spotless. For the apartments, Habitation has done roof repair, stucco and window replacement. Holly responded quickly to my roofing emergencies. If I have need for a general contractor, Habitation is my first call.

Habitation, Inc., has provided excellent and complete remodeling and repair service on three of my properties over the past 10 years. I know that if any problem with the work were to develop, that Habitation, inc., would return to address the issue, even if the work was done years ago. I know many contractors and most will not stand up for their work like Habitation, Inc. Specifically, due to product failure, an exterior rooftop deck required complete replacement 18 months after initial installation. Habitation, Inc. returned and replaced the deck at no charge. The workmanship performed has always met my expectations, and I have often demanded creative solutions to complex design requirements. An example of this involves the placement of a custom etched slate stone, weighing about 8 pounds, mounted vertically, within a tiled shower wall. It is like no other, and no other contractor would have tackled the job at such a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to call on Habitation, Inc., again.

Our 20 year old house was designed with a drab 90's stucco exterior with a pink Spanish-style roof. We needed our house to be updated to a modern/contemporary style home that appeals to home owners of the present day. We knew that Holly with Habitation, Inc. was right for the job. Holly used her creative ideas to design arches "eyebrows" above the windows and garage doors to give the house character. Stone accents were then applied to give the house color and dimension. Our garage doors were replaced with new garage doors with square windows that gave the house that modern touch. The front door was replaced with an energy efficient fiberglass door with a walnut stain. We have relied on Holly for many projects to include a new modern flat tile roof, landscaping, repairs, and painting the trim of the house and gutters. Also a stone accent was designed and installed above our new fireplace in the master bedroom. Holly has transformed our house into a beautiful home that we will enjoy for many years to come.

I have hired Habitation, Inc. on numerous occasions for various small jobs, so when it came time to do some serious work in my own home, I acquired bids from several companies. I chose Habitation, Inc. and was not disappointed. The work involved leveling the back addition to my house, updating the lighting, putting on a new roof and re-stuccoing the outside of my home.
