On 12/20./18 I placed an order for a Herman Miller Criss-Cross Saucer Bubble Pendant. i was advised on 12/31/18 that it was back ordered to 1/17/19. On 1/21/19 I received a Herman Miller Ball Criss-Cross Bubble Pendant. Clearly not what I had ordered. On 1/22/19 I contacted Louie LIghting and was advised they would contact the supplier. Advised I should see something in my email probably the next day regarding the return of the wrong item. After not hearing I contacted Louie LIghting on 1/25/19. I was pretty much told that it takes awhile and Ihat I would have to wait. On 1/29/19 I emailed customer service at Louie LIghting and have yet to hear anything in regards to my request for status. I then received a request for review of Louie Lighting. Not much more to say other than I have a big box in my living room with the wrong light and no idea when or if I am going to get the one I ordered.

I love the layout and the how easy the website is to use. I love that you know right away that they are a BBB certified business so you can feel confident buying from Louie Lighting. Almost right away when I went to the site, a customer service message came up asking me if I needed help with anything. That's a big plus for me. When I go into a store to purchase, I like to be asked right away if I need help and this is a digital extension of that type of customer service. The lighting solutions are breathtaking! The customer service is top-notch! I love that the site includes articles and infomation about the trade, I feel like that keeps the content fresh and makes me want to come back to read and stay to browse the lighting units.
