We were in search of interior architects who could help us with the interiors of our entire 2BHK. We were fortunate to come across Areaplanz based on online reviews. Our requirements were pretty high level considering that our knowledge on interiors was limited but we were looking for something modern, less clutter and minimalistic. Thanks to Kuldeep and Bindiya because of their expertise they could visualise exactly what was in our mind. They have a very systematic approach to deliver the project and kept us updated with the progress of each milestone. Before starting the actual work they have a consultation and test render creation phase where they present options that match our requirements. They are very open to taking feedbacks and suggestions before finalising the test renders where you visually see how your house would look exactly after completion. There were times where we could not articulate clearly what we wanted but Bindiya Kuldeep would still get the pulse of it and advise with ideas. They have an excellent team including the carpenters, electricians, painters and great connects with vendors for lights, wallpapers, curtains etc. Their work is top quality you won’t regret it. They also have an in-house team for custom made furnitures which is again top quality. We would highly recommend Areaplanz for their professionalism, quality of work, acceptance to feedback and their experience in this field

We started a search for a creative and professional interior designer for our new Row House through various sources and we are extremely happy that our search ended with AreaPlanz Design. One of the reasons for us to choose AreaPlanz for our dream house was the feedback and reviews from their previous clients. While reading through those reviews, anyone can easily make out the genuineness of those reviews and the professionalism of Bindiya and Kuldeep. So, we decided to approach AreaPlanz and we were so impressed with them in our first meeting itself. Both, Bindiya and Kuldeep were very patient and focused on understanding our requirements. In addition to the normal expectations of meeting the budget and quality of work, we were very particular about adhering to completion timeline which was 3 months. Our experience with Bindiya and Kuldeep was seamless and they successfully gained our trust and confidence. Once 3D rendering of the entire house was finalized and work started, we knew that our house is in good hands as they understood our taste and requirements to the core. Towards the flag end of the project, we had given Bindiya freehand to select and finalize many things as we knew she cannot go wrong in picking the best for us. Another important thing to consider while selecting an interior designer is peace of mind as you don’t want to coordinate directly with carpenters, painters, electrician etc. Throughout the entire project, execution part was managed by Kuldeep as a focal point and he was available all the time to address any questions and concerns. The craftsmanship of their team is another strength of AreaPlanz. Quality of their work really speaks by itself. It won’t be right if I say there were no challenges in this entire project, but as long as you are working with individuals like Bindiya and Kuldeep, you can be sure that they will resolve those issues with client as their priority. They were very open and honest in all their communication. It was not a necessity for us to visit the site frequently as we were getting regular updates about the progress of the work. The entire work was completed timely within the budget and working with AreaPlanz Design was hassle-free. We are grateful to Bindiya and Kuldeep for converting our dreams into reality and more importantly, we will cherish the relationship with them.

During our hunt for finding the best interior designer for our 4 BHK apartment in Pune, we visited many designers from Baner,Pashan, even Mumbai, to cosmetic stores like Homelane, Livspace, etc. But Area Planz Design was like no other with amazingly pretty designs, and decent pricing. Ms Bindiya, who was our designer is truly remarkable. She has great sense of design and through technical knowledge. She is a joy to work with as she understood our taste, and recommended designs that were totally drool-worthy. By the time we moved from 2D to 3D, we were absolutely in love with the designs she created for us. We had a few discussions on pricing, but we were overall satisfied with the quotations we received from them. We found Area Planz Design to be better priced as compared to others in the market. While our hunt for designers we came across so many firms providing low quotes but we realized at a stage that there are lot many loopholes and fake promises made by some designers relating to material and warranty.We are happy and satisfied we choose Area Planz design team. Their terms and conditions doesn't come with any asterisk mark. The team is really very pleasant to work with. AreaPlanz Design team and their contractors started with execution, and most of it was really smooth. The workers were skilled, and the process was quite painless. The overall outcome was absolutely great. Ms Bindiya and Mr Kuldeep helped us all along the way with choosing wallpapers, lights, sofa designs, curtains, and anything and everything. Both of them were really approachable and were always a pleasure to talk to. The house looks absolutely great. The execution is as close to the 3D as they can get. One of the best decisions we made for our home is, select Area Planz Design as our interior designer. Their Say/Do ratio is outstanding.Provide quality work with speed,which is amazing. Our Designer Ms Bindiya is full of energy and enthusiasm.Always reachable. She is very committed and honest,which is very hard to find in this field. You don't need to supervise the work progress.You will get frequent communication with pictures until project completed. All minor works after the completion also treated with same priority as Project,which is again hard to find anywhere else. I was never interested in hiring an interior designer for our home, why hire someone when you can do the work yourself right! But I was very impressed with one of my close friends home, every time I walk into his house I get this positive vibe of the beautiful decor. I had the best experience with Area Planz Design Interiors, from start to finish it was so easy! I didn't have the designing experience myself to Visualize at first go ..But the team over there headed by Bindiya & Kuldeep which they made life so easy in understanding what i wanted and what best can be gone into the taste of living . This was notified at their first go during our initial talks/Conversations.I had a design experience in background as i had traveled around the world to many Countries, but, integrating that classy things into and making into a House had to be appreciated . Designing a home is a tedious task specially finding the right interiors. It was very difficult to decide which interior firm to go with. We (my husband and me) visited multiple firms but were never convinced. When we visited Area Planz Design at Baner, we knew this is exactly how we want our home to look. Their cost was competitive. It's been 6 months from then and we can proudly say we have a great home .
