His meticulous attention to detail and eye for design took our home to the next level. Jorge is patient and easily accessible. Where to begin, 5 stars isn't enough, we went through several architects before finding Jorge. We ended up giving him our unfinished drawings that some other architects ruined. After speaking with Jorge and showing him some inspirational images of the home we were trying to dream up, he made many very insightful and artistic suggestions. He was instantly in our heads and created a master piece. After a year of going round and round with other architects and a lot of wasted money, Jorge delivered us a set of drawings in just a few weeks that brought tears to our eyes on the first try. He is an artist and an architect. Extremely passionate and has vision! Jorge! Thank you for helping make our dream home a reality.

Jorge listened to our needs and nailed the design we envisioned on the first try. His ideas and vision were extremely helpful. If you are going to build and want a design all your own I highly recommend him.

Jorge designed the plans for our new, single story home in the Hill Country of Texas. Jorge is a degree'd Architect but never got his registration in the US. Jorge is a great listener and understands what you are telling him and he is very good at conceptualizing your ideas in to a workable floor plan.

Jorge Garcia Designs was very professional on the entire process of custom designing our Mediterranean style dream house. Jorge is a very talented designer and architect who was able to design our house plans and elevations much better than what we had in mind. He was very patient and courteous and even generous with his time on designing and making changes on the plans when needed. He went out of his way to meet us too many times in person and did many phone conferences on our project. He exceeded our expectations during the entire process! This is the second house that I am building that I have used Jorge to design. The first house was about 5500 square feet with overall slab of about 7700 accounting for garages. The current project is a single story version of the previous home which is approximately 4400 square feet with an overall slab size of 8800 square feet due to extensive outdoor kitchen and workshop. The quality appreciated in Jorge was his attention to detail and his ability to translate standard floorplans into images that my wife and I could see. On numerous occasions, when I would tell him I was having trouble visualizing what the outdoor back patio would look like with the fireplace, he sat down that evening and actually drew out a full drawing just like a painting in with pencil so that I could see it as if I was standing in the yard looking at the back porch. Additionally, his ability to work remotely from his home to my office and share his computer screen with the blueprints on it allowed my wife and I to talk to him on the phone and actually use out mouse to point to specific areas on the blueprints where we wanted changes made. This greatly reduced the amount of travel time that was required to move through the many changes that we wanted done over many weeks. I found that Jorge was also very flexible in scheduling time for face to face meetings if we desired, but these were greatly minimized in need because of our ability to work remotely with him over our computers. I would highly recommend him to anyone wishing a very personal touch in building their future home. Jorge has my permission to use me as a personal reference.
