Welcome to Architectural Homes, where our goal is to design and build one-of-a-kind custom homes for discerning clients throughout greater Milwaukee , WI area -Thank you all for the great job you are doing on our home. The process of building a home is at times stressful and in today's market, also costly. I cannot imagine going through this process without a builder that we can trust. Working with your team at Anders is the big stress reliever in this process for us. You are also so attentive to detail and so keyed into our personalities, and so in tune with our vision for this home. You constantly anticipate decisions that you know will matter to us, before we even realize that there might be a decision to be made. We recently completed a design for our retirement home in Door County WI after having built two homes previously with Architectural Homes by Anders Inc. Because Dale and Loren are talented professionals our experience was once again a pleasant one. We really enjoyed the creative process! Their designs are always tasteful and beautifully executed. Their attention to detail is always evident. They are knowledgeable and up to date on all building materials and selections making decisions easier. They were patient and worked very hard to incorporate our ideas into the final design. In addition they are honest, fair and trustworthy and for those reasons we highly recommend them.

When Kathleen and I walked into the first Anders home we visited we knew we found the design/build partner to help make our dreams a reality. The clean design lines and quality construction jumped out at us. It didn’t hurt as we walked through, that we saw articles and pictures of the very homes we watched go up in the lake country area we found most stylistically appealing. The bottom line is that we never doubted our choice of partners from beginning to end of the design/build process. We are now living in our beautiful home, that not so long ago, was just a concept. Dale, Alan and Diane were a pleasure to deal with throughout the process and we are as happy as we can be with the results of our joint efforts. I highly recommend Architectural Homes by Anders to anyone wanting to bring their home design concepts from vision to reality. Thank you Dale, Alan and Diane for helping us make our dreams come true.

Our relationship with Architectural Homes by Anders started in 1980 with the building of two homes over the years. They are in a class by themselves, providing the highest quality of design and craftsmanship. Their attention to house details seamlessly blends with the beauty of the area’s natural surroundings. They have helped us not only during the building process, but continue to be a trusted partner whenever we needed assistance with routine maintenance. It is always a joy to have a conversation or email them to learn from their expertise. We have recently had realtors appraising our home since we will be moving out of state. They come away saying, "There are no houses on the market that come close to the quality of yours with the design and construction features!" It is with sincere gratitude we thank Dale and Alan for building us two homes which we have enjoyed with family and friends. We will hold on to those wonderful memories wherever we live and would embrace building with them again if our paths cross in the future! It has been a year since moving into our new designed & built home by Anders. It is located on Lac LaBelle in Oconomowoc, WI. Anders is known for their lake homes & they were very knowledgeable with all the building codes required for lake properties by the city, county, & state (DNR)...construction approvals proceeded very smoothly. Many visitors with construction knowledge have commented on the quality of the construction & materials. The few items that required post move in attention were resolved very quickly.

Architectural Homes by Anders built a custom home for me, Leading up to that they helped me select an appropriate lot for my needs, and guided me in razing the preexisting structure on the property. During the design phase, I found Dale to be an excellent listener and it took very little time before he "got" what I wanted. When I had trouble making a decision, he was very straightforward in guiding me in the process. Alan really kept things moving along and made it a lot of fun while doing so. Their subcontractors and suppliers all speak VERY highly of them, as well as the houses they build. I have been in my custom Not So Big House for 2-1/2 years and when I have questions or issues they still respond as promptly as they did on Day One.

Dale, Alan and their team designed and built our lake home. They had to conform to an existing footprint and also had to meet our very specific needs and wants. The site posed challenges related to slope as well as our desire to prevent damage to trees and native vegitation. The home required the use of unusual materials and expanses of glass that made supporting the structure difficult. They were able to navigate departures from traditional design/building seamlessly. They work with and retain great subs that share their emphasis on doing the job right. They were constantly attentive to quality, and recognized and corrected issues that we might not have noticed. They consistently "under-promised and over-delivered". They were honest to a fault. I would not build with anyone else.

We love the lake home that Architectural Homes built for us. They are courteous, professional and very responsive. The house turned out better than we could have thought. It is beautiful and welcoming. Dale and Diane recommended wonderful trades people and the quality of the work is fantastic. It was a huge project, but they were with us every step of the way. Everyone we worked with said that Architectural Homes is a wonderful, quality business that builds high-quality homes. We so appreciate all that Dale and Diane did for us!!

Dale was able to understand our design and put it into a unique build-able house, the team was very responsive to our needs and concerns throughout the entire process. Everyone who visits our home loves it, one of a kind!

Architectural Homes did a wonderful job of taking our few ideas and pictures to design a home that fits our needs perfectly. When we started with a blank piece of paper, we felt that we would be overwhelmed. However, with the process that Architectural Homes has devised, it makes building a new home manageable. Many told us that building a house is very stressful; our experience was different. We found that having a knowledgeable, supportive and skilled group of people working with us we didn’t feel stress, but rather we genuinely enjoyed the building process. Dale, Diane and Alan were patient with our many questions and concerns and were timely in responding to emails. We are impressed with the quality workmanship of our home. We love the how inviting and warm our house feels, while still maintaining the contemporary look that we love! We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a new home!

Right now I am in the planning stages of building a new home. My lot is nonconforming and did not meet all the city codes. There were at least three city meetings where we had to present the plans and get approval before building. They took care of everything and made sure that all the paperwork was done correctly. We received approval for everything we asked for. The planning process is not always easy, but they help you every step of the way. Just tell them what your needs and wants are and they will do their best to find a way to do it. They do not build cookie cutter homes. They build what you want the way you want it. I know my home will end up just the way I want it. I know the process will go as smoothly as possible. I know this because this is the second home I am building with Anders. I built another home about 12 years ago which I just love. Since then, I have decided to downsize so I am building again. I had no desire to go out and check out other builders because I knew the builder for me would be Anders. Everyone on their team is a pleasure to work with. I trust them completely.

We worked with Architectural Homes to design and build our custom home and we love it! We had a great experience from start to finish! Dale listened to all our wants and needs and then came up with a plan that met them all. The building process went smoothly and Architectural Homes addressed any concerns we had along the way. コメント：Brick & stone infoThe stone is a full thickness Lannan stone quarried in Lannon, Wisconsin and supplied by Halquist Stone in Sussex. I am sorry but I do not have information on the brick.
