We’ve been entertaining the idea of a pool for the past few years. We first contacted Aqua Pools in the summer of 2019. They came highly recommended by several neighbors and friends. We had great initial conversations but we weren’t ready to make the plunge. We reengaged with multiple pool builders during the summer of 2020 during the Covid Peak. Out of the 4 pool builders we interviewed and researched, we went with Aqua Pools. We felt they were the most knowledgeable and experienced with Fiberglass Pools. They also didn’t try to pressure us to anything and listened to our ideas and what we wanted. We knew supply and demand was insane due to Covid and we weren’t sure what the install process was going to be like. We heard a couple of recent horror stories from friends using other pool builders in the area during the Covid mayhem so we were a bit nervous going into it. We worked with Tony from day 1 and our experience from beginning to end exceeded our expectations and put our minds at ease. Aqua handled all the permits and back and forth with the village. They kept us up to date on permitting, potential dig and install date. They also kept our landscaper in the loop and received input from him as needed throughout the permit process and after install as it related to grading. Due to vendor availability, Aqua was able to install our pool ahead of schedule which allowed us to begin swimming at the beginning of the season vs middle of the season. Everyone was professional and easy to work with. Even after Aqua completed the install, they are always available for questions. We have used text message and Facetime to get questions answered about the equipment or just general new pool owner questions. Tony has been very responsive and so helpful. The only regret we have is not doing it back in 2019 when we first entertained the idea. I highly recommend Aqua Pools and Tony for all the hard work and making this huge purchase an easy and smooth process. Looking forward to making great family memories in our new oasis.

We went to their store, twice. The second time we gave them all the information they requested, the plat of survey and all our wishes. Each time we talked to someone at the store, we didn't get too much information, bare minimum. After we gave them the plat of survey for our property, we were told that someone will calls us in a couple of days to let us know what size of pool we can put in. 2 weeks later, nobody called, so I called them to find out what is going on. Nobody knew anything about our plat of survey that we gave them and all our information. I guess it just disappeared. I was pretty much told that it's my fault that I didn't ask for a business card from the person we talked to. I described the person, I told them the date we were there, so it's not hard to find out who was on the schedule that day. Apparently the person we talked to had no recollection of our plat of survey. So what happened is that that person didn't do her job and lost our document. By waiting these 2 weeks for someone to call me, if I would sign with them today to get a pool, the start date of building it moved from May (2 weeks ago ) to September. I just lost 3 months of summer in 2021, because of someone not doing their job properly, or at all, in our case. I will not do business with them anymore.

Aqua did an amazing job! We are so pleased with our end result. Aqua installed a 20 by 40 rectangular pool with Typhoon slide and cover star automatic cover (which we highly recommended). The kids love that the lights in the pool can be changed to so many different colors. Jim was great to work with everything was completed on a timely manner and as promised in contract. They were great with answering any questions along the way. We will be using them for pool openings/closings in the future and any service needs.

Aqua Pools installed a 16' x 32' pool for my family last summer. Without a doubt, I would hire them again! The most impressive part of the project were the employees of Aqua and the owner. I was consistently amazed by the timeliness and courtesy received from Jim (owner) each time I had a question or concern. He was always quick to respond and never gave the impression that I was a nuisance and I had, at times, daily questions. This alone, gave me a feeling of security and assurance that I would get exactly what I wanted and it would be done correctly. The entire project was completed in the time I was told it would take. They even worked overtime to have it ready before our kids returned to school in the fall, so they could enjoy their new backyard. I used Jim's recommended landscapers and concrete companies which was excellent because they worked together on scheduling, and it was one less thing I had to do. Every crew member was kind, courteous and respectful. The whole project came together seamlessly thanks to their years of experience and expertise. In addition to all of this, their price could not be beat by other pool companies in the area. My overall experience with Aqua was 5 star! Once your project is complete, the relationship doesn't end. . . they will continue to service the pool for us to make sure we have many memorable summers ahead! We had a great experience with Aqua Pools from start to finish. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all our calls and concerns immediately. We love our new pool and highly recommend them for any pool needs.

Jim Jr and his crew were great. Very professional and easy to talk to. Any project of this scale will have have issues but Jim Jr was always accessible and resolved any issues that came up. Aqua pools installs over 100 pools a season and shows by their knowledge from start to finish. I proudly tell everyone that Aqua pools installed our pool and would absolutely recommend them.

I would highly recommend Aqua Pools and would use them again. Jim and his crew went above and beyond on a project that had more than a few obstacles. Everybody at the store knows what they are talking about and are extremely helpful and friendly. I was there a lot after my pool was first put in (20,000 gallon in ground work of art) and they were very patient with me. The recommended contractors for the cement and the landscaping also were top notch and both are doing other projects for me next spring. I cannot speak highly enough of the craftsmanship and level of service received from Aqua Pools.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the pool installation. There were a couple of bumps along the way, but they were taken care of very quickly. The project was started mid September and completed at the end of November. We cannot wait to get into the pool next spring.

Aqua Pools goes above and beyond with their service, and products! They are very knowledgable in their products, and I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. My pool is 10 years old, and has been nothing short of amazing. It was well worth it. I would use aqua pools all over again if we ever move.. because gosh knows, we will always have a pool!

We had contacted Aqua Pools a few years ago but decided not to put in a pool at that time. We returned in 2015 and met with Jim again. Very respectful and courteous.. We are very pleased with how easy the process was and the way Jim coordinated all of his work with the other companies hired to complete the "living space". Could not have chosen a better company to work with!

The Aqua Pool team was amazing! The team is very professional and they were always available for any questions we had, even on Sundays. Over the time frame of the project we met with many of the employees of Aqua Pool and each of them were friendly, listened to our needs and follow through on everything we expected. I know that Aqua Pool installs many of pools during the summer however they made me feel that my pool install was the most important, as I am sure they do with all of their installs. Not only did Aqua Pools meet my expectations they exceeded them! I would definitely recommend them.

I would highly recommend Jim Eiler and Aqua Pools. They did an excellent job. Everything was performed to our satisfaction. Very professional from start to finish on the project. Great Job!!!
