Prompt service when our dryer broke on. Friday & when called Saturday morning they were very pro-active to get part b/f Samsung parts closed at noon. Even though didn't see dryer until that afternoon to fully diagnose problem, just worked from my description!

called A & R Appliances because they were the company that was referred to me by my home owners warranty. I read the bad reviews but I had no choice. Alex showed up before the scheduled time and went right to work. My freezer was clogged and the washing machine wouldn't spin or drain. It was a quick easy fix for the refrigerator and Alex was able to rig my washing machine temporarily so I could use it until the part came in. I was able to to 2 loads of laundry today.
