We are delighted with the results of our apartment renovation using Anna Marie and John Fanelli at Floor & Décor in Tenafly, NJ. They were knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the process--from our first meeting to the completion of our final checklist. Our refurbishing was a collaborative effort in which Anna Marie and John both listened to our priorities and then voiced their opinions. The Fanelli's were meticulous in their calculations, fair in their pricing, caring about the outcome, and sensitive to our tastes. After hurricane Sandy we had to rebuild our home at the beach. It was an incredibly overwhelming time for us. I struggled with finding the right tiles for our kitchen and bar area. I stopped in Floor & Decor just to browse. Anna Marie came to my rescue. She helped me decide so quickly and everything looks gorgeous. She is a true talent with a gift for design.

As an interior decorator, I've purchased from quite a few tile showrooms. Recently, I found the Tenafly, NJ gem called Floor & Decor where I just completed an entire house working with Anna Marie. She was beyond delightful and easy to work and communicate with. She understood my vision right away, was always "on call" to answer any questions that I had and has beautiful, high quality products! My client, installer and I have been extremely happy with all the tiles we purchased from her. I definitely look forward to working on more projects with Anna Marie and her amazing support team. Great Experience! Doing a renovation on 3 of our bathrooms was not fun until we found Floor & Decor. We had been looking all over Bergen County and beyond for tile and plumbing stores to help us put our project together but no one knew what they were doing. We found Floor & Decor actually by doing a yelp search. They do work differently than other Tile & plumbing shops and they recommended that we make a preview meeting with them to discuss our project in more detail. We thought that was a great approach so we made an appointment to preview their showroom and meet with John & Anna Marie Fanelli the owners / designers of the company. After meeting with the John & Anna Marie, we learned that they would not only be able to take us by the hand through our entire project for all tile designs, selections of tile, plumbing fixtures and lighting products but also they have contractors that they will do our renovation work. They will also supervise the process. We were also told that we would be able to purchase tile & plumbing fixtures at trade prices and that they work up budget numbers for the entire project. 
We spent about an hour viewing their before and after photos of there work on a large flat screen TV. My wife and I looked at each other could not believe the level of expertise and passion these people had for what they do. 
Needless to say we signed up to have all the work done by Floor & Decor. It has been about two and a half months since we started the work and I can't say enough about John & Anna Marie including their staff and work personnel on the project. We have now finished all the project and are now using our new beautifully and functionally designed bathrooms. Yah!
I have really never wrote a review for anything before but just wanted to try to help others that are looking for hands on and talented service if your working on a project like ours.

I recently moved to Tenafly and moved into a home that needs a lot of work. I heard about Floor & Decor from a girlfriend of mine who had used their services and was very happy with the results. Anna Marie & John Fanelli really helped to transform my kitchen into a space that I absolutely LOVE! Not only did they design it in a way that will most definitely remain stylish forever, but they were really able to pull out my personal taste and apply it right to my tile selections. I never imagined renovating my home to be this much fun. Anna Marie really knows how to connect with people on not only a professional level, but a personal one as well. I look forward to continuing to work with Floor & Decor in all areas of my home, and highly suggest working with these wonderful people. The customer service is great too, which is hard to find!

Anna Marie and the Team at Floor and Decor are incredibly creative, knowledgeable, professional, hard working and warm. I've hired and worked with them on numerous projects and can't recommend them enough. They are amazing!! They have extensive inventory, are able to work within all budgets, always meet deadlines and most importantly always create a beautiful product whether it is a bathroom, entry way, kitchen backsplash or in ground pool. Floor + Décor is the best!!
