Her work has been featured in Kitchen & Bath Business Online, and she has also been featured in US Business Review as well in the Fremont Argus. From 2003-2008 she wrote a bi-weekly column called "Real Life Rooms" which appeared in five Bay Area newspapers, and she currently writes a decorating column called "Rooms for Real People" for the Tri City Voice. Anna participated in the Business of Design Telesummit as a presenter, has presented workshops at various national and regional conferences, and has taught classes for both consumers and design professionals. She serves on the Ohlone College Interior Design Program Advisory Committee and is a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA). She previously served as Executive Director of IRIS (Interior Redesign Industry Specialists). She lives in Fremont, California with her husband (who was her high school sweetheart), two children and their cat.

Anna has designed two projects for us - our kitchen and family room, and most recently our upstairs: 2 baths and 4 bedrooms. We are impressed with Anna's ability to "channel" our preferences in color combinations, textiles, surfaces, etc., and make much better choices than we ever would. Her choices in bath fixtures - particularly lighting and shower heads (awesome) have also greatly increased the functionality of our bathrooms. On the financial side, she is pragmatic about where to spend dollars and where to save them. She provided a very specific statement of work that allowed us to get high quality bids and hold vendors accountable. When one vendor she recommended wanted to change the prices on items they bid, she was a strong advocate for our position and ensured they honored their original pricing - saving us both headaches and keeping us on budget. Overall, we highly recommend Anna. She is professional, easy to talk to, highly responsive to questions and requests for advice. Bottom line: she designed spaces for us that reflect our sensibilities - even when we couldn't articulate them as well as she could.

Working with Anna Jacoby Interiors was perfection and we now have a stunning midcentury master suite that is far more functional, luxurious and beautiful and yet, we did not increase our master footage. We did add a skylight, change the bath layout, redid the master closet, the floors, the drapes, the lighting, the doors and the bedroom details. From start to finish working with Anna and the contractor was incredibly rewarding and took less than three months. We are gloriously happy. We could not add square footage, but the changes Anna made to our master suite have profoundly changed our quality of life for the better. It's a work of art and our sanctuary. The essence of good design is form, function and beauty. We have a great design. Working with Anna is easy. She listens, clarifies and brings back to you a phenomenally complete presentation with great options for both of you. There are no surprises and she works well with your contractor. She will meld your styles, work with changes, and manage the project if that is what you need. Her spirit is incredibly joyful, she made me feel heard and gave us an end product that was far more than what we imagined. She was a cheerleader, manager, designer and friend along the way. This is my second project with Anna. I am thrilled and delighted! We did my 2 bathrooms (from their original 1973 cookie cutter faux marble and beige) and 3 bedrooms this time. The rooms are MARVELOUS -- functional, unique, restful -- a delight to walk into and utterly easy care, easy clean. Her space planning is GREAT and highly functional. My personal pattern is to find an inspiration element (master bath accent tile, for instance) and then let Anna do her design magic around that. Anna listens very well and coaches me through insecurities and 2nd guesses when I go there. I do like to shop but I get totally overwhelmed in a tile store with so many options! With Anna by my side it's a 45 minute party and we're DONE with all the decisions. I love working with her and have had FABULOUS experiences. Now on to the upholstery and draperies for the living and dining room!

We needed to make a complete overhaul in first 3 rooms in our home, living room, dining area and family room. Anna and I discussed what my husband and I wanted. A few weeks later, she came back to our house with items picked out, painters, electricians, etc, and showed us the diagrams for where everything would go. There were some items that I did not like, and she did not try to push us, she made other suggestions, and it was a base for which to work with. We went to stores where some of these items would be purchased, we checked them out, found some pieces we liked, but pretty much stayed with her plan. What I liked most about Anna, was that she wanted us to be happy with items that were picked, held my hand throughout the process, stayed within our budget, was always in communication with me, went above and beyond what I needed done. I cannot say enough good things about her and her assistant, April. They were both excited for me. I had not had this experience before of having a designer come to my home, and work so close with me.

Anna was our designer when we decided to add a great room and 2 bedrooms and a bath to our house. She was instrumental in the overall look and design. Anna is friendly, easy going, professional and guided us by narrowing down the overwhelming amount of choices. Her vision and design was critical because she knew how to tie in the extension to the old sections of the house so it appeared seamless. Over the moon happy with the result, she is superb, highly recommend!

We hired anna Jacoby to do our interior design of our house remodel and consider it one of our best decisions. She was wonderful to work with and made all the tough decisions very easy. She advised us from start to finish on the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops, back splashes, flooring, wall colors, lighting and fixtures (everything!). Anna worked so well with our contractor and cabinet maker that it was like they were all one outfit. After we were done we discovered that she sells window coverings as well. She helped us there also and saved us money and we got better quality and design than what we were considering.The most important thing I can say is that now that it is complete, we would change a thing and we love it. She is truly amazing.

Anna recently designed my kitchen, living room and dining room. I pretty much knew what I wanted in the kitchen but Anna confirmed my choices for counter tops and back splash tile. She also picked a lovely paint color and had great ideas about my kitchen cabinet design. If it wasn't for her I would not have had pull out shelves for my pots and pans and her idea of a corner cabinet to accommodate room for my lovely glass cabinets was wonderful. I could not be happier with the way it came out. As for the living and dining room I had no idea what to do. She had a clean slate to work with and turned it in to a bright, colorful, beautifully updated space. She chose furniture and decor I would have never thought of doing. She was an absolute delight to work with and her services were worth every penny and also very reasonable. I look forward to working with her again for my upstairs bedroom and bathrooms. Thank you Anna, you rock!!

We have used Anna’s services on several projects over the last several years. First she helped us pick paint colors for the interior of the house. We were so pleased with the results that we then hired her to remodel our kitchen. it is just want we wanted! We just finished up another project with Anna, she designed a gorgeous master bathroom for us! Anna quickly picked up our likes and dislikes, listened very carefully to what we wanted, was very prompt in getting back to us with answers to our questions, and did very good work. In addition she is extremely nice and kind! A pleasure to work with!!
