What a great company to deal with! Professional throughout the whole process - we replaced 27 year old windows throughout our home. Replaced front entranceway and replaced our sliding back door with double the size. Chris and Mark did an amazing job with the replacements which required renovations both up and downstairs Amazing transformation inside and out to our 27 year old custom home. Thanks to Jerome at Decola windows for providing us with the help and direction needed in making our window purchase. We had purchased 10 windows in total with 2 of them being large picture windows and a new front entry door. All of the windows had specific measurements for the most part and all of them including the front door were fitted with ease, all of the details we requested also arrived as promised. Thanks again to Jerome and the install crew for making a large job seamlessly simple

From start to finish we were delighted with the products and service we received from DeCola. We had 22 windows and a double front door replaced in our 25 year old custom built home, plus a security screen door installed at a back entrance. None of the work was "standard" and the total project was estimated at over $50,000 so we were understandably anxious about the process as we started down this path. However, Paul DeCola was most understanding, reassuring, and helpful as we made (then re-made!) decisions - we greatly appreciated his product knowledge, patience, and professionalism! The installers were in our home for a total of 8 days and did an excellent job. Chris's carpentry skills were put to the test more than once as he had to engineer a solution to work around a problem created by the original construction of our home. Both he and Mark worked extremely well together as a team and their skills, professionalism and engaging personalities made them a pleasure to have in our home. We are extremely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend DeCola to other home owners. Cheryl & Gary Norton

For over 30 years I have been a conscientious, detail oriented builder, who takes pride in listening, understanding and making every effort to deliver the above expectations. I met Angelo, who partnered with his brother Paul to create their company, DeCola Windows & Doors in 1993 and have been using the DeCola’s to supply product for projects in the Georgian Bay area since then. I will continue to use DeCola to supply products not only because they can supply a variety of quality products in different price ranges but largely because of their attention to details, product knowledge, honesty and their desire to get it right the first time! Angelo, Paul, and their team have always been willing to spend the time required to listen, ask the right questions, give insightful advice and suggestions in order to be sure their customers feel comfortable with the process and the product they will be receiving.
