Tiles Etc.

We visited Tiles etc. looking for some floor and wall tiles for two bathrooms, which were completely redesigned as part of a recent loft conversion project. Tai, and in fact all the staff at Tiles etc. were friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Tai worked with us to not only select the tiles, but also to configure a really intricate design that involved working out the precise number of three separate colours of the same tile (and the estimates turned out to be very accurate). In addition, Tai helped us to choose some coloured grouting for the floor tiles and supplied some ready-mixed adhesive, which our discerning tiler said was “really good stuff”. We were kept up-to-date with delivery times and any emails were responded to promptly. When the tiles arrived, they were excellent quality, and beautiful, again this was something our tiler also commented on. Overall Tai and the other staff at Tiles etc. provided an excellent service. I would highly recommend them.

It was a pleasure working with Tiles Etc on 2 different projects. The tile range is amazing and the colours just beautiful. From the order to the delivery everything went very smoothly. I would recommend this independent boutique to anyone, thanks again for your help.

I had my bathroom re-tiled by this lovely company and couldn’t be happier ! My bathroom looks brand new and the tiles brightens up the whole room. Work didn’t take long at all ! I would defiantly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again !
