We were listened to and it showed when the first presentation was made to us, as well as throughout the project. Everything flows so beautifully together. There is nothing we would change. It did not take us long to realize we were in good hands. It was a very positive experience.

Andrea's team did an excellent job from start to finish. The integration of the design team and GC made a huge difference. From the initial planning through to the completion of the project, there was clear, consistent communication between us, the design team, and GC. The design team's vision for the design of our renovation was fantastic. They pushed us to try things we never would have if we hadn't used them. Their concept was exactly what we needed. From the strategy to the wall covering to the flooring to the furniture - they created the exact vibe they said they would, and it worked. Having the GC in-house instead of being a third party was massive. He and the design team were part of the initial planning and worked seamlessly throughout the project. We never once felt that they were not on the same page. He did a great job bringing in pros to do the work and made sure the final product was high-quality, and did an outstanding job keeping us on schedule. We were back in our house within 45 days of our original end date. (we were out of our house for nine months). With a large family, our goal was to blend the needs of individual family members while also creating a functional and cohesive aesthetic in our home. We have a strong connection to the coast and wanted to merge some coastal elements into our Colorado home in a thoughtful way without having the home lose its sense of place. Andrea Schumacher Interiors has helped us beautifully design the entire home, phase by phase, re-envisioning each of the spaces and working with us to make them just right for our family. In addition to the design, they have also managed various construction projects in our home including a beautiful update of our primary bathroom. We hired ASI to design our vacation home in Crested Butte, CO and had a wonderful experience working with their team! We wanted to lighten and brighten while staying true to the architecture of the home and also maximizing the views. Inspiration for the design was taken from the Crested Butte landscape.. The designers worked closely with us, perfecting the design details until we landed on selections that we loved. We found the process after the design to be truly wonderful. Billing and payment of invoices is seamless. ASI accumulated all of our new furniture over a pandemic delayed schedule , arranged delivery, installed everything and handled damaged items. We are now engaging them for a second phase and are excited to work with them again!

The ASI team helped us with a full remodel of our Castle Pines home. The result is stunning and we could not be happier!. The interior finishes and furnishings were updated to a clean, classic and timeless aesthetic that also included some unique design elements, some of which they professionally encouraged/pushed our boundaries a little on, and we are glad they did! They created a seamless design plan for all of the spaces that included an expanded kitchen with central island that has become the heart of our home along with a spacious back kitchen/pantry, accessed through a hidden door! The ASI design team created a luxurious/spa like new primary bath with a large 2 person shower and free standing tub. Our project was construction heavy and their skillful team managed all aspects of executing the design and oversight of the work. They cared deeply about our project and worked diligently and efficiently to its successful completion. The spaces were beautifully appointed and the workmanship outstanding. We would not hesitate to recommend them!

We hired Andrea Schumacher and her team to help us with the design of our historic Denver home. They did an incredible job of creating beautiful color-filled rooms that are also subdued in areas where we wanted our artwork to take center stage. The rooms are warm, inviting and comfortable but also able to accommodate larger gatherings as needed - the perfect balance that we hoped for! They worked closely with our team of contractors to make sure the design details were meticulously executed and helped us navigate significant covid supply chain challenges. Could not be more enthusiastic to recommend ASI. We needed interior painting throughout, new carpeting, new furniture, and some new cabinets. We also decided to add some built ins throughout. New to the area, we needed someone to coordinate everything, tell us what would work in the space, and magically bring it all together. During a pandemic and supply-chain crisis. We found the right team at ASI. From the start, the team communicated clearly, walked us through what to expect, and helped us zero in on what mattered most for our project. We got some incredible mocks of what they came up with and then watched as, bit by bit, it came to life. Our project coordinator in the office was always responsive, even when delivery dates were slipping or complications arose. Our project manager in the field was here whenever we needed anything and tied up a lot of loose ends. Everyone on the team held themselves and the contractors doing the work to the highest possible standard. There were times when things looked fine to us, but the team wasn't quite satisfied. The workers would be back out here and working until it looked perfect. With everything going on in the world, there were times when we had to wait. There were things that changed. Throughout, we were clearly communicated with and our options were explained to us. We also got the highest quality stuff and work and the sense, throughout, that the team cared about our project as much as we did. Definitely would use ASI again.

Our home is a paradise... ASI designers totally understood our aesthetics and found a way to help us create our "Oasis" even in the midst of the pandemic. They are a joy to work with!

My husband and I set out to remodel our old historic ranch in Wyoming. I had met Andrea through a dear friend years ago and watched her career flourish. I wasn’t sure if she would work with us as we were in Wyoming and she was in Denver and Santa Barbara. Luckily it worked out for all of us! Part of our house was built in 1886 and other parts the 1980’s. We wanted to modernize the house but not lose all the character. Andrea and her team did an amazing job! Her background in architecture was priceless, we had our challenges! The entire team worked well with our architect and GC. Many different views coming together to build a beautiful home. Andrea opened our hearts to color and the 5th wall! Whenever we had questions or concerns we were responded to promptly. We started this project about a month before the world went into lockdown and amazingly we never missed a beat. The one thing my husband and I always tell people is that projects like this rarely reach your expectations but in our case they were exceeded! Thank you ASI! We love our home.

We hired ASI to handle the complete renovation of our kitchen and butlers pantry along with the refurnishing of our main floor areas. We were hoping to maintain the historic qualities of the home while updating it to meet the needs of modern living. We engaged Andrea Schumacher Interiors (ASI) for a complete kitchen reimagine. We had some ideas about how we wanted to transform our kitchen and were even a bit along the path to remodel. We engaged ASI and found out how much we didn't know we didn't know!! They took time to understand our style and intended function of the kitchen - and how the surrounding spaces interacted with the kitchen - and came up with a better plan than we could have imagined! We worked together to achieve a vision where natural elements (wood, stone, steel) were brought together harmoniously into a design that made our kitchen a place we can efficiently prepare delicious meals, host cooking and wine tasting gatherings or just hang out with some friends and plan upcoming travel! Not only was the primary kitchen design a thing of beauty, but ASI was also perceptive enough to deconstruct our requirements, which we had naturally combined into a single "kitchen", and brought ideas we had never thought of that also allowed us to have a discrete, secondary dimension to our kitchen. In this case, that dimension was a butler's pantry that took on it's own style and personality. We're the type of folks that want to "have it all" - and this design element enabled us to round out our wish list (natural cherry countertops, Italian marble, cast iron sink) in an adjacent space that rounded out a true work of art. We hired Andrea and her team on our first home project in the Highlands. We loved all the creativity backed by their professionalism. Andrea and her highly trained staff can produce detailed drawings and they worked very well with our architect and builder. We worked together for over a year from conception of a large remodel to the last accessory placed in my home. The beginning of the process was so fun and exciting to watch the imagination sparks fly during the initial meetings. We nailed a concept that we were unwavering about through the year it took for construction. Andrea and her team made sure each detail of their design was carried out. The real value in hiring a top notch professional comes in their response to things going awry. In my case, things outside of our control went really wrong. Looking at her portfolio online, we felt she would come up with a unique, creative design that was special to our home and that is exactly what we got. Andrea and Lindsay were able to take our initial ideas and descriptions of what we like and propose a design that we would have never thought of yet fit perfectly. Everything looks incredible and we are beyond pleased. In addition to the great design, we were very happy with the follow through. After our install, the drapes on one of our windows were literally a quarter inch too long - barely even noticeable - but that was not acceptable to the ASI Team. They immediately sent the drapes back and had them fixed without cost - reinstalling the drapes in less than a week. That attention to detail is rare and shows this groups professionalism. We would definitely recommend and will use Andrea and her Team again!

Our family has hired ASI for a project on our new home build in Denver, CO. We were taken aback by the incredible photos posted in the portfolio of previous projects. Of course, we quickly realized that these projects were all done on budgets much (much) greater than ours. With that in mind, we opted to use a Junior Designer, Megan. Megan has been very professional, transparent and easy to work with. She understands our budget and our style and has helped us achieve a look and feel that works well for us. I love the design process and have wanted to be fairly involved during most steps and Megan has been great at accommodating this while completely taking care of the pieces that I really don't want to handle (project management, sourcing...). I think that the best part of the process has been that we get regular weekly reports detailing the items that have been done for our project. It's helpful to know what has gone on that I may have forgotten about or some things that happen behind the scenes. I will say that even with the rate of a Junior Designer, the price can be prohibitive, so I would definitely start with a clear idea in mind on a single project if, like us, you are on a budget. The costs are not hidden - we are provided with a detailed bid on everything for approval. Still, it is a bit shocking how much every piece of the process costs. I do know some people who have had work done by less expensive design firms. I don't know how to compare the work, given that personal taste varies so widely. I think that I'd give 4.5 stars, if the option was available - with cost being the biggest factor in the lesser rating. Since that's not an option, I'm giving 5 stars. Overall, the cost associated with having someone schedule and wrangle contractors, along with finding all the little touches that will make your house feel like a home, was definitely worth it for our family. We love the final outcome!

Andrea Schumacher Interiors did an excellent job with our decorating project. We had never used a designer before, so were new to the process and didn't know what to expect. The entire staff was amazing! They got to know us and our style quickly which made us immediately comfortable. We are very happy with the end result and will call again with our next project!

I am impressed with her robust library of ideas and intrinsic style, all perfectly balanced with her lack of ego. She is truly there for me as a sounding board, offering extremely confident assistance and deep knowledge of product performance and impeccable taste. When I first saw her portfolio I was a little nervous to engage her services, as my personal style wasn't completely in line with what I saw in her portfolio, although it was apparent she could blend many stylistic genres. I was also hesitant, as at first glance of her website, it would seem she would have her own agenda design-wise, but she is the exact opposite. She's the most adaptable person, does not force or impose her own style on the solution, reels me in when necessary, and ultimately delivers my vision. She's conscious of the value of the dollar, and willing to mix and match high-end and bargain items to create a very polished and cohesive look without spending a fortune on every item. I have worked with designers in the past who want to wipe the slate clean, where Andrea wants to save pieces that are meaningful to me and rework them in the space. She's beyond two thumbs up and comes with the highest recommendation!

We purchased a new mountain home in CO and needed an interior designer to help facilitate the process as the size of our home was a bit overwhelming to furnish independently! Based on reviews and her portfolio of work, we chose Andrea Schumacher Interiors. We are so thrilled we did! Andrea's services are professional and high quality. She is creative, bold with colors and texture (which we were drawn to) and yet understands the home is yours to love and listens to what you really want in your living spaces. Initially, we contracted her for 2 rooms (great room and kitchen). However, the space was so transformed once the design was complete, we wanted her to do the same for 3 additional spaces (master bedroom, outside deck and guest room). When all is said and done, she will have designed about 90% of our house! Andrea also has aligned herself with excellent help. Her staff as well as contracted staff provide high quality, attentive services. We receive weekly reports of progress on furniture selection/arrival, installation schedules, and fabric completions. Any concerns or questions we have had are resolved in a timely manner. Our home has become a point of excited conversation among friends and we now live in a comfortable, entertaining space as a family. Andrea and team were absolutely WONDERFUL to work with.
