Andrea Breuer-Weil Interiors

I had never used an Interior Designer before and was a little unsure as to how it would work and how she could collate all the ideas whirling around my head into some sort of order. I need not have worried, through the photographs I had sent her of random things that I like and our house, Andrea seemed to know exactly what I was thinking and had created a mood board of some lovely ideas and beautiful papers and fabrics. She advised us on what to keep and what to change, tips on making spaces look larger and where to source unusual items. She was very patient and listened and advised on any queries we had. I thoroughly enjoyed the meeting and was left feeling really enthusiastic and that all my disjointed thoughts had been strung together into a nicely rounded plan that seems so obvious now! I would definitely recommend Andrea 100%.

I worked with Andrea on the project of renovation of a family living room. Andrea is a top designer who helped me to develop the initial ideas and really fleshed out a well considered plan. She especially has an keen eye on details, color schemes and practical utility of the space. She also recommended some lovely furnitures and fittings that i would otherwise have not chose. I would highly recommend her as an interior designer.

Working with Andrea was the only pleasurable aspect in renovating my house Andrea guided and helped me choose the most stunning fabrics that brought warmth and style into the house I would have been lost without her.

Andrea has worked with me over a number of months to update two rooms in our house, a master bedroom and study. I really enjoyed working with her as she is professional, creative and patient. I came to Andrea after a recommendation and I am so happy we did. She has been professional from the outset and has helped us transform the ground floor of our house in to a home we love. We had so many ideas and no direction, Andrea was able to really tease out what we wanted and all her ideas and proposed designs have been spot on and to our taste. I was stuck for ideas on doing up my lounge. Andrea took a brief and came back with 2 excellent schemes, one of which was perfect. Her ideas of how to lay out the space transformed our room, and she was careful with budget so we actually finished lower than our initial budget. 1 year on, we are still thrilled with what she did, and everything chosen has been very durable. She is also a pleasure to deal with, as well as being professional and efficient.

Andrea designed and co ordinated the transformation of two bedrooms into an office and bedroom suite complete with a luxury ‘nook’ that we built in for reading and comfort. Andrea immediately sprung a concept based on exactly the types of things I said I had wanted- consistently providing me with swatches and samples she helped me find very easily, the materials to fit the vision. After our initial meeting she sent me photos of a mock up of how it Might look and it was clear that she had completely taken everything on board that I wanted and personally I think the way she designed my ‘reading nook’ was ingenious! Throughout the project she constantly kept me informed about each piece and during the actual work she was around to ensure it was all being done correctly. When I asked for advice she would send emails with lots of different options so that it helped me to narrow down where I looked but still gave me choice. As well as being incredibly friendly and professional throughout, she was constantly in touch and made sure everything was followed through on (including pushing us to make our choices!) and saw this project through from start to finish. I am so happy with the outcome of the project and she really made it such a pleasure and more than that exciting!

Andrea’s eye for detail, colour, textures, furnishings, light and space, together with her sensitivities toward me as an individual, was invaluable in helping me to create a home that feels both exciting in design and truly reflective of me & my family. Throughout a whole house rebuild I felt her support & creativity gave me the confidence to go places I may not have been so bold to do. A huge thank you!
