We have been working with And Design since September of 2016 for a remodel of two major rooms on our property. We LOVE working with the wonderful people at ANDesign. Most recently we worked closely with the talented Emily to create a pair of magnificent custom bunk beds for an important project. There is no job too big or small for the team at Andesign. I've worked with Emily in the La Jolla office directly on many occasions and have experienced her creative magic on large multi-unit projects as well as smaller unique living spaces in room by room settings. Emily is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and dive in with the general contractor and/or owner through the purchasing process, thus ensuring their vision gets carried forward through the construction and installation process. Great design, coupled with professional service, gives the client comfort and latitude to stay focused on the big picture items.

We began working with Dana and Emily when we saw how beautifully they had staged the condo we were interested in buying. We did buy the condo and kept some of the furniture they had used which was very good quality. However, we did need to furnish the rest of the place, which is 2800 square feet and so we asked if they could help us. We have continued our relationship with Andesign over the past year, with Emily as our designer and she has been a professional of the highest quality. She has many great ideas about what would work in our space but also is very receptive to our ideas. As we live near the ocean, I wanted to reflect this in our color scheme but not to go too rustic. We also wanted to keep to a moderate price range. Emily did a lot of research and always came up with lots of ideas for us to choose from. She is quick to respond and always so pleasant to work with. Dana, the owner of the company and an award winning designer from Shanghai, also gave her input, which was nice. We have now pretty much furnished our home and it is beautiful, but if we have any more decorating needs, we will surely turn to Emily and Andesign again.

In June 2015, I purchased a home in La Jolla, CA that was outdated and clearly needed a lot of work. I was overwhelmed to say the least, but fortunately was referred to Dana through a friend who had previously worked with her on a design project. From start to finish, Dana and her team have been amazing to work with! They have been by my side through every design phase down to the tiniest details. The combination of Andesign's vision, excellent service and fun personalities has created an overall wonderful, hassle-free experience. I was very happy with their design work, professionalism, and ability to work within my budget. The end result was better than anything I could have imagined and I will definitely be recommending Andesign to anyone looking for design help.

Among all of the luxury homes I sold last year, Dana's design company helped me staged four of my listings. Due to the limited quantity of luxury properties and buyers, the listing and sale of luxury real estate have always been challenging. However, with the right marketing and wonderful staging jobs from Dana's company, the results were outstanding and homes were sold very quickly for top dollars. Dana and her team have done great jobs assisting me in modeling our clients' homes.
