Honesty and integrity are the words I would use to describe AMS Fireplace!!! We ordered a fireplace door, had it installed, and later discovered there was a dent. AMS Fireplace removed and remade the entire fireplace door and reinstalled it. The reason the service, in my opinion is EXCELLENT & 5-star is because they actually provided this service after we paid for the original door and the installation had already been completed. It's rare to find such honest companies.

From the minute I called AMS I was impressed! I had high hopes of them being even close to what they projected to be. We wanted an estimate for 2 fireplace screens and we also wanted our actual fireplace to be looked at. We had a "problem" fireplace do to a job that was done incorrectly by a contractor a couple years earlier. I had not been able to use my fireplace over those 2-3 years. I did not expect to ever use it again. When Ayman came out and looked at the fireplace he agreed we had a big problem with the functionality of the fireplace. He studied the situation and said he thought he could fix the problem. He said if he couldn't fix it he would not charge us. I instantly liked Ayman do to his professionalism and his intent to try and fix my fireplace. I hired him on the spot. I was not disappointed in a single thing regarding my experience with AMS Fireplace Inc!! My fireplace screens are absolutely beautiful! Ayman was able to fix my fireplace so we can actually use it! :) I am so VERY excited, impressed and I am a big fan of Ayman and AMS Fireplace Inc.!!! Thank you soon much!!

I just have to tell you how beautiful the fireplace gate is. Our family room has been transformed. You are very talented. The fireplace is the focal point of our home. I have not stopped noticing how much I love it. I love that our house has such a new vibe and character. Your workmanship was a splurge but it was so worth it. Our old fireplace gate was okay.....but so regretable. Your custom work is just beautiful. I have attached before and after pictures because it is so dramatic. I also appreciate all the extra time you spent with my contractors as well as arrainging the pick up of the fireplace gate. The whole process was seemless. Thank you again.

Had a great experience with this company. I purchased a fireplace door and it was a difficult project because my home was built in 1910. In addition, they suggested a very innovative solution for a flue issue (too low) and procured the needed part from a nearby manufacturer. The door is wonderful, fit perfectly and the fireplace draws with no issues. They are extremely professional, responsive and the product quality is excellent. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

AMS Fireplace provided us with three sets of beautiful handcrafted, custom, Iron fireplace doors. The customer service provided was exemplary, with responsive emails and when desired by phone. We were kept fully informed during the construction and shipping. The doors quality and craftsmanship is clear, the fit excellent. I installed the doors myself and worked very closely on the doors and inspected them thoroughly without any issues. These are truly old world, hand crafted quality and appearance. Now that they are installed we are enjoying the doors and having fires, they are beautiful and give a finished and classy look to the rooms. I have no hesitation in recommending AMS to anyone looking for a quality custom product.
