I bought a tub from Americh (Brisa 7236 - Platinum Series). Long story short and 3 tubs later, apparently Americh has no issues with swapping out their manufactured parts for after market parts like you'd buy at a Home Depot which, (no surprise) causes their tubs to leak. As a result of their shoddy work, I incurred significant additional construction expenses and went five months without full use of my bathroom. When I asked them to pay for the additional construction costs from them willfully using substandard parts, they basically said that wasn't their problem and that this was not uncommon in the company. Anyway, you can buy tubs from many other manufacturers for much less that are just as good if not better. With Americh all you're paying for is a name with no integrity, in their business or their products. Just some free and friendly advice.
