I was so pleased and impressed with the service we received from American Flooring! They were quick to respond, explained the process in detail, gave us a very reasonable estimate, and stood behind their contractors (who were also amazing). Anytime I had questions, someone got right back to me and were always very friendly. It was a pleasure working with this company to revamp every square inch of our downstairs with a beautiful Vinyl Plank, and I'm looking forward to having them handle the install for our carpet upstairs, as well! From our first visit to the show room to the final installation, our experience with American Flooring and every employee/owner we interacted with was friendly, great and most of all stress free. Lots of choices in every price point. Installation went smooth. Clean up was good. We are a year and a half in and our carpet looks great. We were even supplied a new vacuum cleaner to offer optimum carpet life.

We've hired American Flooring twice now to install vinyl wood plank in our house, and I can't recommend them more highly. Unlike most household service providers, I never felt like I was talked down to or misled just because I'm a female. I trust Jeff and his team 100%. They showed up when they said they would, completed everything on-time, came in at or under budget and did exceptional work. I recommend them to everyone I know, and I would use them again without hesitation.

American Flooring has been our go to flooring outlet-we have installed sunroom vynil flooring plus wood laminate throughout the living area-there was very little dust with either project- nice people to work with
