I want to share my experience with Ambry Design for a custom closet. It was a flawless and professional process beginning with the Design Consultant, Dave Cousineau and ending with the installer, Matthew Ridgeway. When we visited their showroom, Dave was able to complete a design based on the measurements provided so when I left that day I had much more information than I expected on the initial consultation. It was also very helpful that Ambry has a showroom and factory right here in Largo and we were able to see all their products. Best of all , there was no-pressure to buy on the spot. We had an installation date within 2 weeks of the consultation. Matthew Ridgeway completed the installation in about 3 hours. He was ultra-polite, very professional and his work was stellar. We could not have had a more positive experience from beginning to end and the closet is more beautiful than I expected. Sadly, the uploaded pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the work done.

The Ambry Team recently redid our kitchen cabinets. And they did it despite virus shutdowns; a month of holidays; and a grumpy old house that sometimes fought against renovations. During the design meetings, Philip listened to what we wanted, clarified possible issues, made suggestions in keeping with the overall concepts. Moreover, he never tried to up-sell the project with more than what we envisioned. Ambry scheduled demo and installation quickly despite the holidays. All team members were professional, polite. When problems cropped up, Mia was the go-to fixer who solved them—incredible given holiday and work schedules. Our kitchen redo was not a huge job, but it was important to us. Thank you Ambry Team for treating our smaller project with attention and respect.

I am very happy with my new closet installed by Ambry Design. They arrived on time and installers were very nice and answered any questions I had during the install. Mia followed up quickly with any items I addressed after the install. Ambry's price was much lower than two other closet companies. I wanted a mirror on one of my closets doors. Two other closet companies charged an exorbitant price for mirrors. I received mirrors on two closets for less than other companies charged for one closet. Plus other extras that were less. Ambry manufactures their own closets and not a franchise. I think that make a difference in the price.

Comparing designs and pricing they were very fair but the design was 10x better and made more sense compared to what others had drawn up. I had people sketching by hand!! Everything came out great!! Our designer really simplified the whole project and made us feel comfortable with all of our decisions. True professionals. The installers were great craftsman and very kind. Being a large and working family the schedule was very important for us that we minimized the down time. Ambry Design delivered on time, replaced a damaged door promptly, and we couldn't be happier, especially as we have had negative experiences with contractors before.
