Amanda Ralph

Had a really fun few hours with Amanda as she rumaged through rails in both the Men's and Women's sections looking for the right style and fit. I wouldn't have pulled out all of the stuff she did but was pleasantly suprised how much of it looked and felt good. She has a natural talent for this kind of thing and believe me I was a bit skeptical not having done anything like this before. She does everything by eye and even could tell my shoe size! I wear all of the clothes we bought including my perfect fitting brogues, so didn't waste any money on mistake purchases. I particularly love my multi coloured shirt which I wore on a first date which I was very nervous about. Going on the date knowing I looked good boosted my confidence and my now girlfriend is also fond of that shirt too. Thanks Amanda, I'll be back! Denise Workman

Amanda has a great eye and an impeccable sense of style. When she decluttered my wardrobe she was kind, friendly and ruthless; and she was in all instances absolutely right! She helped me to let go of items which had outstayed their welcome, and to rediscover old items and combine them in new ways to give them fresh life. She did this with humour and without judging in a way that put me completely at ease. We then went shopping together to fill the gaps we had identified, and she encouraged me to leave my comfort zone, and try items which I would probably not have picked out myself, but which she could see would suit me. Again she was absolutely right, and many of those items remain firm favourites. I would thoroughly recommend her services.

When we moved into our current home, our smallest daughter took the smallest bedroom. As she grew into her teens, she out grew her fairy wallpaper and cabin bed and I was at a loss to know how to make the space work for her changing needs: space to entertain friends, do her homework, store her growing wardrobe, etc. Amanda took time to find out my daughter's requirements as well as taking into account more practical considerations, including my budget. Since Amanda worked her magic, my daughter loves her new room and even keeps it tidy now!

I have been a customer of Amanda's for - oh - over seven years now. Personal shopping, wardrobe de cluttering, gifts and design - for one simple reason - she always gets it right and she saves me time and money - actually that's three brilliant reasons to use her services! She interprets every brief with vision and gets it spot on. Sourcing or creating she uses her artists eye to deliver the goods. Amanda advised me on my vintage business on styling and design matters . Amanda always meets with clients to establish their thoughts and needs in advance of taking the project forward. She has the knack of probing and gently challenging if needed, to be clear of the expectation of the end result. She has a good eye for use of colour, texture, pattern and design, which has clearly developed through her own long artistic career. Always professional in her approach, she has excellent interpersonal skills and will always liaise with clients in an appropriate manner. She has great contacts so will always know where to source that extra something to add the finishing touches. She works well to deadlines and within budget whether large or small. I would recommend her for your styling and design needs.

I commissioned Amanda to make a bespoke picture for a 50th birthday present. Amanda took care to incorporate all the items that I wanted included so that it became a very personal piece of art for my sister in law. Amanda was professional, inventive and helpful at every stage of the process and we were very happy with the outcome.

Amanda did a superb job in redesigning my living room and bedroom. She has an excellent eye for composition and a create flair for design. She is superb at pulling colour schemes together and has a natural skill for interior design.

Amanda created three beautiful art boxes for my children. She discussed with them what they felt was important to them, and did a site visit to look at their newly decorated bedrooms. The result was three unique and special pieces of art which not only reflected my children's personalities, but coordinated beautifully with their rooms. They and I are delighted with the service we received from Amanda.

Amanda made last Christmas especially amazing for my two little girls by producing the most stunning, original art pieces for them, their eyes lit up on Christmas morning and they couldn't believe the work that Santa (Amanda) had put into their gifts.
