Alluring Window NYC- Window Treatments

When I complained them that they didn't install proportionally, they didn't want to correct it and tried to assure me that it supposed to be like this, and tried to make me feel that I dont understand anything and they are professionals. Very unpleasant service and not respectful. They never came back to fix unproportionality. As you can see on the picture below, from the right side its lower than from the left side. I was waiting for a long time for not leaving a bad review in hope that they could fix it. But noone showed up or contacted me.. They didn't care since they got their money. I waited for too long for not leaving a bad review in hope thatv hey would fix it or at least would call me.

Absolutely terrible. I paid 50% deposit in June 2016 I am still waiting for a finished project afte 5. Separate installation. Apointments and damage to my walls and stereo. ( dropped a roller on my stereo) Avoid at all cost!!!

The company was extremely professional in helping me design my shades, and in installing them. I highly recommend them and will definitely be calling on them for future window treatment needs.

Alluring Window NYC was just the right choice to take care of my window treatments. Roni was kind and courteous and answered every last one of my questions. He always returned my phone calls or emails right away and that is very appreciated. The windows, in the end, looked beautiful and his staff handled things quickly and speedily.

Alluring Windows was extremely quick in their electronic shade installation. Everyone was a pleasure to work with & was knowledgeable about their products. I will definitely hire them for future projects.

When I called Ronny I was relieved that he was willing to accommodate me to come out to my house to meet me because I was too busy to make it out to the showroom. When we met I was impressed at his knowledge and expertise in design but most of all he didn't try to sell me anything. He was so laid back it was clear that all he cared about was educating me and making sure that I would have beautiful blinds I'm the end. His price was very reasonable and after I placed the order, I received a call soon after to do the installation. The team at Alluring from the secretaries to the installers were all very professional and most importantly, these are actually really "Nice" people to deal with. I am so happy with the job and my house looks beautiful. It feels like a whole new house. The most impressive part was the call I got a week after the job was completed from Ronny himself to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would refer Alluring to all of my friends and family. My wife and I just bought a house in Brooklyn. It is our first house and we do a total gut job. It was not easy dealing with a lot of people from contractors, electricians, plumbers etc. (it seemed like a nightmare). It was a lot of work. My wifes friend recommended someone to do our window treatment. The company that she recommend and we used was Alluring Window. This was the easy part of doing our house. They brought sales rep and I told him our budget. He told what would look good in our house because we were not sure what we wanted to do. It looks beautiful and the price was extremely fair. They where punctual on delivery. I will recommend them to everyone that I know. Because of them my house is a home and I love my window treatments. It gives it a homey effect. Thanks Alluring Window. I hired this company to do motorized shades and blinds For my house.the sales associate was very knowledgeable And had big variety of product at affordable prices. Me and my wife picked out what we wanted.and a few days later The installers were putting it toghter. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for window Treatment.

I never thought I would be writing a review on this site about a window treatment company, but I just had share my wonderful experience. I went online and found Alluring Windows and could not have gotten luckier. These guys were awesome, not only did they give me an amazing price they weren't bothered with my 101 questions/emails and promptly answered them making sure that I understood everything. I am very happy with the end result and I would suggest, that if you are in the market for a window treatment company, check out Alluring Windows I can honestly say you wont be disappointed.

Fact is: Alluring Window was a relief to work with. There staff was courteous, kind and knowledgeable. Best part is, price was AWESOME !! With so much competition out there, im super glad i made the right choice
