Great work, beautiful roof and they were done in 1 day! Brandon Ford was amazing, honest and so helpful - he delivered everything he promised and more! So glad I called them!

I'm new to the area, bought a house in autumn woods and looked for a local roofer. After calling 5 Roofers, 1st didn't show 3 times, 2nd didn't show twice and then demonstrated that roofing was not really his thing and never returned an estimate. One declined the job based on the fact that I told him I had done roofing before and new what I was talking about with pricing, so he " didn't think he could meet my expectations?" Didn't even offer a price. Findlay "Roof, Roof" roofing offered a price at twice what it was worth. Finally settled on All Roof Solutions. Their man Jorge came out and was the nicest courteous man, very professional, did an outstanding job. After opening up the section of roof and finding some rotted rafters the upcharge for additional work was reasonable. He did a very complete job, cleaned up nicely and was very straightforward with every thing. Nice to see good work ethics in place. This was a smaller job, but at the end he went over my entire roof checking for any other areas that needed attention, caulking small holes from previous cleats etc. very thorough. Left me his personal number to call if there were any problems at all and he would come back. Can't recommend him enough

They provided a solid quote, worked with me to get the best deal on shingles that were energy-star rated (even helped me find tax write-off information), and had a fantastic installation team. It is rare for me to do reviews like this, but I had to take time to rave and thank them. In particular, I highly recommend working with Brandon Ford. He, especially, worked tirelessly to help me (a single woman) navigate this process in a world I know NOTHING about--I never felt misled or deceived. I simply can't say the same about other companies I had come and quote me on this project who started tacking on all sorts of additional "must haves" that a friend who is a commercial builder noted as being "used car salesman" tactics and scams. Had i good experience with this company. I hired this company to install new roof for my customer house. Big house... job was finished in 1 day with a team of 12 people. No dumpster on side, they are used trailer. Kept the house around clean after work. Thanks Dusty!

Horrible internal communication throughout the process. AllRoof was chosen because they were recommended by my insurance company. In my experience, once friendly company representatives become mean, hostile management after contract signing. Do not ask questions or suggest that they may have overlooked something; they may threaten to walk off the job, as they did with me. They were clear with me that I did not meet their standards for customers of AllRoof, and that they would leave if I had a word more to say to them. I am stuck with their "services" now, and they know it, but at least I can warn others.

From the estimate to job completion, All Roof Solutions delivered on time and in fine order. A large tree fell on our house with the garage roof and house roof needing to be replaced. All Roof Solutions used quality products and workmanship to our satisfaction. They also did some interior painting necessitated by the damage. All in all, a great job.
