Outstanding review for Alexim Builders. Our contractor was attentive to all of our goals from the beginning to the completion of our project. He was realistic, transparent and creative about presenting solutions to any challenges that came up. Our project came within budget and on time. I would highly recommend Alexim Builders for a project large or small. We are thrilled with our new home and so grateful we used Alexim Builders for our project.

John Ania worked on a gut renovation on my contemporary modern house in East Hampton. The scope of the project involved remediation, design and build of a 2 plus million dollar project. One of John's greatest assets is his experience with high end modern design. He was able to execute our entire project to our design fit and high expectations. I would recommend John for any medium to high end house renovation.

John was the perfect builder for us! His team is professional, reliable and efficient. Our new construction was finished on time; even in the midst of a hurricane! Working from out of state John made the meeetings seemless and efficient. He anticipated out neeeds and exceeded our expectations. Attention to detail was never overlooked; neither in material or construction. A pleasure to work with'; Alexim builders does not disappoint.

Alexim Builders worked on our pool project- pool and shed and outdoor shower. John provides high quality work and knowledge and we could not be happier with our new outdoor space. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Alexim Builders had built another house down the street from us, and we thought that it was a beautiful job. I contacted John Ania of Alexim Builders, and he recommended an architect for us, who prepared wonderful plans. Alexim then built the house per the plans. Mr. Ania was completely trustworthy & scrupulous in supervising the construction. The house was exactly what we wanted, and we have had no complaints since it was built more than 3 or 4 years ago!

I Have worked with John from Alexim Builders. He is so easy and accommodating. He stays in touch throughout the project. He is a pleasure to work with and his work is beautiful.

John and his team did a commendable job on our new construction project in the Hamptons. He was responsive, thorough, and paid very close attention to detail. He made himself available regularly for updates and suggestions. Would highly recommend his work to those looking for a general contractor.

I have had the opportunity to work w/Alexim Builders for many years now. I am always impressed by how they are flexible to adapt to the various styles of architectural demands. Whether the project is contemporary or Colonial, they are able to provide a nice product. John is always conscientious on product quality, aesthetics and a timely delivery. He is professional, easy to work with and delivers an impressive final product. He comes highly recommended in book.

I retained John and his company, Alexim, to renovate and add an addition to our home. The quality of their work is superb! The contractor worked in conjunction with our architect, making the transition from our "old home" to our "dream home" uncomplicated, and not only was the project completed within its estimated time frame; it also stayed within our estimated overall cost of construction. We would definitely recommend Alexim. Their client services were above par. John listened and understood our particular needs in all areas- concept, design, and functionality. Alexim is a local company and this was an important factor as well. They were truly "hands on" and it reflects in the finished project. AAA+++

Alexim was great to work with and was able to bring our architect's plans to life while also contributing to the design by making suggestions on materials and design based on past experience. Alexim's craftsmanship is top notch as they meticulously select and manage their subcontractors. Would recommend for future projects.
