Great product, matched our recent paint job perfectly. Could not be more satisfied. The sales was very easy and direct, installation team did great job, everything went better than I could have imagined. Would certainly recommend them for any awning project.

Shade Works of Texas committed to repair our shade onsite. Their repair guys not only couldn't do the work as promised, but they dropped our shade and broke a part on it. They committed to come back and fix it, but we've heard nothing but excuses since then. They "couldn't find the phone number" and "left a message but it must've been the wrong number" and "will call by noon on Saturday" but never did. We've found another company who will repair the shade for $600. We've called Allan and Tricia three times to give them an opportunity to do the right thing. No response. We do not recommend this company.

The folks at Shade Works of Texas were splendid in their response to my request regarding an installation of a remote control shade for a covered patio area of our house. The telephone receptionist/scheduler was very polite and competent and Alan very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the products offered. Alan and Bruce worked very well as a team in the installation of the shade. The entire installation only took about two hours. We are very happy with the shade, which not only minimizes the direct heat and glare from the summer afternoon sun, but also provides more privacy in the patio area.

Shade Works of Texas is helping us to repair a shade we purchased from another company. Alan was nice enough to come inspect the shade and is working on a solution to help us out.

Shades are wonderful and we us all the time service and sales very prophesanal and curtious. Would like to talk to you about adjustment as two are not properly addjusted. When we bought I though remote would operate each shade separately but they do not, is there something to correct this? Also we are interested in one more shade

I am extremely satisfied with Shade Works! The individuals involved with the measuring and estimate was also involved with the installation. This provided a consistent contact person and avoided any confusion between multiple people involved. They went the extra mile on my installation because the opening top surface wasn't square. They added trim to enhance the visual look of our shades. The installers focus on perfection for their work. I would highly recommend Shade Works of Texas.
